  1. Instead of going down the list of interventions I think we can sum it up thusly. What are the 3 areas/industries where governments and polticians work the hardest to make things “affordable” for the average citizen? Housing, healthcare, higher education. These are 3 industries/purchases that have easily outpaced inflation over the last few decades. Perhaps more than any other. (I dont feel like looking up sources right now) I could list the most recent interventions in a couple of those areas that will obviously keep pushing prices up, but CR jumps in.
  2. I would argue that government intervention and other centralized planning are the main causes of elevated tuition and home prices over time.
  3. I believe this is from the Galloway talk. Sums up things nicely.
  4. Also, this is incredible. Social engineering hacker caught and interviewed. Moral of story for you coiners, be very careful out there.
  5. Not a lot going on price-wise. A lot going on as far as regulation and enforcement. The Executive Branch has been attacking on multiple fronts. The current one is openly hostile. I agree with Bully here. SEC also DOJ. They arrested the founders and operators of the Samourai wallet and whirlpool mixing service. It all harkens back to an old legal fight. Due to precedent, I (non lawyer) don't think it will be quite the slam dunk that the usual fed money laundering cases are.
