Like you said, doesn't make sense to wait this long and fire him without an investigation, if that's true. Either fire him immediately, gather more info and then fire him, or wait for the legal process to play out.

The employer's investigation and the legal process are not the same thing at all. They have different needs, different goals, different standards, and different timetables.

I like to think of it as his sock he’s executing. I mean, it’s his own way of marketing, manufacturing drama, click bait right. Right? And it’s a good control, to keep most posters in line and drinking the kool-aid! All the while not killing the monthly subscription.

But, on the other hand, it is an aggy, so!

I don't think Liucci would be able to own himself that hard even as a ruse.

His socks tell him how cool he looks in the hoodies.

I would think he favors Worthy because he is one of the better players on our entire team, and no doubt the best WR on the roster. He was bad in the bowl game, no doubt about that, but the kid didn't have a terrible season, and had one of the most stellar freshman seasons at WR that we have seen in some time. We see sophomore slumps in college football all the time, not sure why some of you are ready to write Worthy off as a finished product. I hope he comes back and both him and Ewers have a monster year next year.

I agree with all of this.

For all his drops on the field, he's electric. He gets open. His potential is really high and he's my #1 choice for guy catching easy passes and then tasked with making yards after the catch. A dream scenario is Ewers balling out with a Heisman and Worthy balling out with a Biletnikoff. Records broken. A yellow C8 Z07. A national championship won on a long ball caught in traffic by Worthy who then holds up a sign in the endzone that says, "bad_teammate is a ho".

    Please! Make it happen!

  5. I don't buy the idea that better players don't play because of "promises made". I think the coaches genuinely believe the guys that they put out there are the best options for winning. For better or worse.

    Am I naive?

On a somewhat related note, I have concerns that once we joins the sec-sec-sec many on this site will start rooting for and having pride in our confernce opponents winning it all when we don’t…something we have made fun of aggy doing for years

No worries on my end. I'm going for TCU because they're smaller. I don't want other big programs like Texas to thrive.

I'll love it when little programs beat our SEC-mates like Alabama and Georgia and LSU. And I'll cheer for Vanderbilt and Kentucky against USC or Ohio State. I'll go for the underdog, not because I like him, but because I want my fellow big dogs to fall down.

Coach yells and screams before a win= “He fired up the troops! look at that passion!”

Coach yells and screams before a loss= “Cringe. Fake tough guy. Team was probably laughing at him”

    Who gives a shit.

The people who don't like losing, apparently.

For those that love to speculate, Worthy had a picture of him in a Texas jersey pinned on his Instagram page as of yesterday.  He’s deleted it and again removed all Texas content from his social media.  He did this previously after the season ended when there was speculation he was transferring.

The first time the hot girl loses it it's captivating. Then it starts to get annoying. Then it pisses you off. Then you just stop paying attention.

What stage are we at with this?

  9. Spoiler

Info shamelessly stolen from Reddit, my own commentary added

    24/7 Colorado

Out of 247 HS recruits signed by Colorado ranked by 24/7 (so clever of them!), Sanders is responsible for 3 of the Top 25 already, less than a month into his tenure. He has a '25 commit that would be Top 3 and a '24 commit that would be Top 15.

I don't see him threatening Top 10 programs in terms of recruiting now, but any staff in the bottom 80% of P5 not taking Deion seriously is whistling past the graveyard.

I can understand people being annoyed by the hype, but this is fun as hell to me. The whole college game gets more fun if Deion keeps this recruiting trajectory and improves Colorado on the field, which seems inevitable.

And the Shadeur-for-Heisman shit is laughable, but I'll smile through the whole ridiculous sham.

I watched his highlights and they're better than I thought they'd be. Obviously, competition level and separation look to be big issues. But he seems to specialize in catching really, really poorly thrown, more than a little off-target passes. So it's a shame they lost Haynes King - he could've been a match made in heaven with this kid.

Yeah I was all ready to laugh at the HUDL but I'm not mad at all. I hope Colorado or Lane gets him, instead.
