  1. Ok, cool. Hook 'em
  2. Went and rewatched the A&M/App State highlights again. It's amazing how fucking inept they were.
  3. Well that's just, like, your opinion man.
  4. It absolutely was too long. Most movies are these days. Really enjoyed it overall, but ultimately it's hollow. Anti-capitalist feminism brought to you by Mattel and Chevrolet! , being perfectly framed with the Chevrolet bowtie was a perfect visual image of the whole farce. A very very funny and clever farce, though. Fucking Mojo Dojo Casa House
  5. Moving the Big 12 headquarters to UT-Austin's preferred city... Dallas... 3+ hours away.
  6. Venables is a fucking moron
  7. I love the whole "Bobby Petrino didn't come here to just run Jimbo's plays!" thing, like Petrino is someone they poached from Georgia or something. They poached him from Missouri State. And he wasn't there because of the scandal, he was already past that and he was there because he was fired from Louisville after Round 2 there and going 2-8 in his final year. Bobby Petrino: The God of Football Who Don't Take No Shit from Nobody!
  8. Absolutely. We're Texas.
  9. When I clicked and saw she was black... hahaha fuck how did they ever thing these fucking inbred pieces of shit were ever going to be OK with this?? lol
  10. Holy shit they're saying "frick" over there like Mormon 11-year-olds.
  11. Two different Ags texted me today in celebration that the game would be at Kyle. We had never discussed it. They're so fucking excited... and weird.
  12. "Yeah OU and Texas aren't even rivals anymore because of 3 guys I talked to." Fucking moron
  13. In order to prevent Texas from bossing the SEC around, A&M is going to try to... boss the SEC around?
  14. We saying controversial shit in here? Funniest movie of the last half-decade is "Game Night". (Kind of cheating since they don't really make comedies anymore, do they?)
  15. A&M will accept the toenail clippings of people rejected by the naval academy. Their acceptance rate is probably below 10%. What the hell drugs are these morons on??
  16. What experience did the previous players have with Deion and his new coaching staff? Also, what institutional knowledge was important to preserve from a complete dogshit team? We'll find out when the season plays out, I guess.
  17. You're given the Colorado job in December 2022, what do you do? Option A: Stand mostly pat with the guys you've got from the 1-11 squad. Drive 'em down to Junction to Coach 'Em Up. They told the press they had a ton of fun going 1-11 but you're going to Lunchpail Coach 'em into success by god! They're gonna make a movie out of this! Option B: Send the 1-11 players away. Fill up on SEC/FSU castaways. See if whatever got major program coaches excited in the first place is still in there somewhere and maybe you can pull it out of them with personality swag and promises of money in the future. Me? I'm taking B every time. There's no option where I entice Maye and Corum and Brock Bowers and Kool-Aid to transfer in. I'm at Colorado with limited money and a pathetic recent history. .
  18. Not really a "joke", just how laughably inaccurate these "AI" chatbots are (especially Google's apparently). But it is a funny coincidence that annoying things like facts don't really matter too much to our Aggie friends. Well, usually. They're particularly dour and even-minded right now given the giant Jimbo cockslap they've received, so their usual unearned and prospectless enthusiasm is diminished.
  19. It might be a pretty one-off deal with Manning being someone who (supposedly) doesn't have any money deals at all. Also, Sark still has a good reputation as a QB developer. Without those two factors, yeah, seems impossible to have to 5* and one high-4* QB on campus at the same time.
  20. The problem, really, is podcasting. It's just too much unscripted time for these guys who are not very bright but uninhibited/ego-driven enough to think the world needs to hear 2+ hours of them daily. There's no time to distill anything or to set things up. All of the timing is reaction-based because it's just chuckleheads talking over each other. But it pays the bills better than stand-up, or at least fills in the gaps. Also, the comic as lone, fearless truth-teller shit has been played out for at least three decades at this point. We've got plenty of truth-tellers. So while comedy is fun and should even be insightful, they aren't the heroes they think they are.
