  1. See, I can understand why you’d believe that given your team’s 7 one score wins this season. I’m not so sure about Washington’s defense being able to keep a lid on our offense
  2. I’m pretty sure these refs have money on the game
  3. With defense like this this game feels out of reach
  4. This game has been awful. Defense desperately needs to get a stop and not allow any more points this half
  5. And all those guys dominated… oh what’s this? 7 one score games? Huh. Good luck buddy
  6. Yeah, Ewers is completing 70% of his passes on the year. Saying he’s the same player is nuts. And didn’t we return every starter on our OL or something? They’ve improved a ton even over this season, which is a major reason why our run game didn’t fall off a cliff when Brooks went down. If Washington expects Alamo Bowl Texas, we’re going to win by 30+
  7. I’ve only visited Seattle a couple times, but I didn’t get a college football vibe at all
  8. What percentage is that of all Tesla cars in the US market?
  9. Out of all this talk about Washington, I’m not reading much about their line play on either side of the ball. Texas can help out its secondary if it can control the line of scrimmage with just 4. Penix and this unstoppable offense looked pretty average in more than a few games this year. And we’re supposed to ignore the fact that they had something like 8 one score games? Ask the Vikings how well that worked out for them in last year’s playoffs against the Giants
  10. And I can’t think of any other examples of coaches getting outsized credit on the basis of amazing qb play… Cam Newton, Teddy Bridgewater, Jameis Winston, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow Maybe Washington’s coach is the real deal, but he’s going to have to prove it when Penix is gone
  11. No. Beating aggy is a relief. It’s the expected result and any joy simply comes from knowing that as insufferable as they always are, they’d be worse if we lost. A win is simply another year of being the Dutch kid with a finger in the dike holding back an avalanche of suck.
  12. This is what republicans voted for with Paxton and Abbott
  13. Wasn’t Kelian Robinson’s stat line like 4 carries for 75 yds and 2 TDs? I thought Blue was great but let’s not overlook that performance either
  14. Counterpoint: Fuck FSU, they aren’t one of the best 4 teams in the country and would lose any game against the top 10. Why put them in just to get blown out like Iowa?
  15. I mean I guess, but how often do you get an opportunity to coach a National Title winning team? I don’t know the details of when he’s actually leaving I just assumed he’d stay through the bowls
  16. Yeah- that’s a recipe for Ewers to throw for 400+
  17. I’d be shocked if he left immediately
