  1. Just 2 dozen cans? Toronto playoffs fans laugh at this weak effort. Wait until the Yankees get a Knoxville minor league team.
  2. Getting back to the thread topic of Elon Musk, let's hear directly from the visionary/fraud/visionary fraud himself: Reading the tea leaves, it sounds like he may be planning some personnel changes. (You think she looks hot in a pink slip?)
  3. Getting back to the thread topic of Elon Musk, a majority of American's approve of his most recent venture: Bonus: Since readers seem to like for pics of women to be posted, here's one related to Elon Musk's actions. For some it was a historic and emotional day.
  4. Not a hater, but I'm very skeptical of Musk, he seems at best hit or miss on ventures. I have yet to see a proper vetting on any of his tunnel schemes, all that I've seen appear to be far from compliant with basic safety standards. (Not that I've done a thorough search lately, but still.) So why would I assume the fanciful promises and cost estimates of hyperloop would be legit? Space ventures seem to check out, and Teslas are sold (but like Land Rover, seem to repeatedly rank at the bottom of quality rankings.) So maybe, but I wouldn't personally invest long term in his companies. Anyway, I like the conspiracy theory that Jack (who appears to now self-identify as King Nebuchadnezzar) enlisted Musk to retake Twitter:
  5. To Fort Worth or his van down by the Colorado River?
  6. He quit last night then came back this morning. Anyway, back on topic: Musk, E. pelted yesterday by the NY Times announcing an upcoming targeted smear 'documentary': https://variety.com/2022/tv/news/elon-musk-new-york-times-documentary-fx-1235239488/ Right on the heels of the news that Elon Musk is nearing a deal to buy Twitter, a television documentary about the polarizing businessman has been announced to premiere this May. Titled “Elon Musk’s Crash Course,” the upcoming film is the latest in FX and The New York Times’ collaborative documentary series “The New York Times Presents,”
  7. That bridge is one of only 2 Ukrainian routes to their sliver of land between the sea and Transnistria. (The other crosses part of Moldova and can be cut off by taking out the bridge at Mayaky.) Bombing it not only hinders supply efforts from Romania, but also any Ukrainian reinforcements should Russian forces try to secure a corridor for the shortest invasion path to Transnistria. I expect Russia will soon attempt this.
  8. Still time for Click to fix some holes, and some guys may get it together in the next few weeks. Let's see what our needs are in late-May and if Click can earn his pay by miid-June.
  9. I could be wrong, but I don't think our hitters loaded the bases full of Rangers then gave up a double.
  10. I could be wrong, but I don't think our offense is giving up all these hits this inning.
  11. Sniper! 81 mph pitch that bounced in the dirt first.
  12. At least they know how to open a roof. And aren't wearing one of their ugly red versions of their uni's tonight. I do feel sorry for Rangers fans, their version of Julia is a washed up leathering mom who does cringy "I am my kids mom! My most important job!" commercials and will sue if they ever try to dump her for younger eye relief.
  13. Yep, headed into the great dangers where the Narrative Deciders only control 90% of our media and social platforms instead of 95%. Proof (to paraphrase today's Babylon Bee): Caravan Of Twitter Refugees Arrives At Myspace Border
  14. It's not rain, it's the tears of Twitter employees shopping for housing.
  15. We've got a midnight oil fire in Bryansk, He's clearly saying beds are burning.
  16. Vlad vid at link. AP says they photographed him at the service today, despite online claims that it was a deep fake.
