  1. This is an employee of the gazillionaire Jeff Bezos owned Washington Post. (For those who don't immediately recognize the max hypocrisy.)
  2. In a manner reminiscent of Blockchain Khan.
  3. We'll see, but weren't there some rumblings in ST of issues? Velocity down? My gut says he's on a downward trend. Hope I'm wrong, wouldn't be the first time. And I don't get too worked up in April, don't watch standings until at least May. Just a feeling, for now.
  4. Doesn't matter about Chas, that loss is wholly on our 'Closer'....
  5. Hector has been all business today and yesterday. Tomorrow is our Neris dueler's day off.

  7. Youtube pulled his account, so here's some Cliff Notes: The suspect posted angsty, straight-to-camera diatribes under multiple channels, including prophetoftruth88, in which he sometimes referred to himself as the “prophet of doom.” Many of the suspect's online diatribes revealed a torrid relationship with women. He also rambled about New York City Mayor Eric Adams and the city’s homeless, and said that thinking about desk-workers dying on 9/11 brought him joy. “We live in a world of fuck-faces and scumbags,” Frank James ranted on YouTube. “When you see me happy when I watch videos of 9/11, that’s why.” In one video from April 5, titled “Sensible Violence,” he put together a montage of more than 20 minutes of news clips on recent shootings around the country. https://www.newsweek.com/brooklyn-subway-attack-being-investigated-terrorism-official-says-1697298 Brooklyn Subway Attack Suspect Previously Known to FBI and Cleared: Source ...The subway attack that injured multiple people in the New York City borough of Brooklyn Tuesday morning was initially considered an act of terrorism, an NYPD official told Newsweek shortly after the bloody incident. But the federal law enforcement source said the attack could not be classified as terrorism until a motivation is established. At a press briefing hours after the attack, NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said the attack was "not being investigated as an act of terrorism at this time." Asked if she would rule that out, she said law enforcement was "not ruling out anything" as officials continued to pursue the suspect and determine his motives....
  8. Hit the door, though. Also, from the article: "He was a good kid." Also, also, from the article: In an email, the city said: “As a fair chance employer, the City does not monitor the criminal charges or arrests of all employees and does not have a protocol for when employees are charged with a crime. City policy requires certain employees, like CDL holders or employees whose jobs require a criminal background check, to self-report arrests to the City, since that may impact their ability to perform their job.” "Your data is safe with us!" So no screen for pedo's, either?
  9. Fry's is the major grocery store chain in AZ, owned by Kroger.
  10. TV sound mix is terrible. Park mics are drowning out Kalas and Blummer.
  11. Giants uni's just look weird. Have there been any of these City Connect uni's that don't look stupid? They ran out of crayon before the kids could color in all of the G?
  12. We have only 5 more late start games on weeknights: 1 at the end of May and 4 in July. The remainder of the late starts are Friday or Saturday nights.
  13. Nope, if they were bound overseas they would usually be heading to the port in Beaumont. That one looks to be travelling between Fort Hood and the north, or vice-versa. There has always been lots of military trains crossing the US, its just getting noticed more since the war started. The one that got attention a few days ago in Temple was actually loads from Beaumont headed to a camp in Minnesota. I've been told Ft Hood trains are very common to and from bases in California, Colorado, and Georgia. Many moves to Fort Polk also go through Texas. I'm sure there are probably others. I have no idea what is or isn't shipping overseas now, just that rail moves have always been common. I wouldn't read anything into it unless it was loads near Beaumont headed to the port.
  14. NY Yankees fan, of course. Allegedly these are his videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtl9pjnppooRbj_YssCKxsA/videos
