  1. OKC has size on the roster. It's just injured right now. Size is also arm length and every single player on OKC's roster is long relative to position.
  2. On Tuesday, OKC plays at SA and Wemby with SGA being the tallest guy on the roster right now.
  3. I keep hitting refresh but pics of the fiancée aren't showing up.
  4. Hope she likes being married to an insurance agent in Denton.
  5. Only white coastal liberals think Pete is viable. Pete is easily the smartest person out there but even Pete knows him being gay is a complete non starter.
  6. Gretchen Whitmer would be the odds on favorite but I think the actual Democratic voters might have some pause about nominating a woman again. That's unfair to Whitmer but it's not wrong. That would leave Shapiro, Wes Moore, Brashears, and maybe Newsom. Brashears would be the best bet between them.
  7. 3rd and 4th grade? Good grief.... It's also the type of porn. Back in the day, porn was basically a naked woman in a magazine. Now, good lord. It's everything. Also, porn was hard to get. "Porn in the woods." You had to acquire it somehow through a friends older brother, literally finding it in the woods, etc. Then you had to hide it from your parents. All that for just a naked woman. Now, it's all right there on your phone. No wonder these young boys are screwed in the head. I saw this as someone who is far from a sexual conservative but I'm also a grown man who was once a young boy.
  8. 8. Porn. During their formative years, young boys are going down the wormhole of porn and as a result, don't know how to talk to an actual girl and end up as incels.
  9. Oh, well. Maybe Jill Stein can help.
  10. And no one is going to give a shit this time.
  11. Especially when she looks like this in real life. Also Michael Landon's daughter, if you can believe that. Also 41:
  12. Both of these. We watch it because we've been watching it and I'm in consumer retail and Taylor Sheridan has slapped the brand on everything he could so I kind of have to watch it. That being said, this show sucks. The cinematography and music are good but the writing is awful. It's basically a soap opera for rural, white people. Beth is particularly poorly written. She's a crazy drunk and the women viewers like Rip because he lets Beth be a crazy drunk. Costner should have stayed on for the payday instead of doing that god awful 50 hour western that he did.
  13. OKC loses Chet and still scored 134 points. They actually don't lose much scoring with him out. Everyone on that roster can shoot and score at this point. They can replace him with a wing who can get after it defensively and still score. They lose shot blocking and rebounding. When Hartenstein comes back, he'll bring the rebounding and passing. With him, they'll still be a solid playoff seed and if Chet can come back in March (or whatever) and be up to speed by playoff time, they'll still be a player.
  14. I could watch this 10 times and find a different problem each time and laugh. It might be the worst designed play in the history of college football. They do a jet sweet sweep with their slow TE and use their small, non blocking RB as a lead blocker. However, watch the pulling RG. It's like watching the video of little kids playing baseball:
  15. Can't for a suburban Trumper to have their new construction stay half finished because the workers were deported. Meanwhile, they're still paying on the construction loan.
  16. Dearborn Caucus steps to the plate as the lead off hitter. Good.
  17. I think it's in a week or two. They'll still be solid with him. The other Jaylin Williams is injured, too, and he'll be back. They say Chet will be back in Jan/Feb or something. Assuming that and some conditioning by the playoffs and they might be fine. It all depends on the recovery, though.
  18. It's the reason no one seriously touches welfare, food stamps, etc. It sells good to bitch about but as long as the masses are pacified, they'll put up with most anything.
  19. People will put up with a lot if they still have cheap food and cheap entertainment.
  20. Joe C is prolly one of the best and most respected AD's in the country. Venables was a reasonably good hire at the time. With Moser and the men's basketball, I don't know if that program is salvageable at this point. There is only so much basketball fan demand in the state and once the Thunder showed up and started doing well, the fan support of both programs basically got cut in half. Moving out of the Big 12 will help OU but you're still playing in front of 1/4 full arenas. They are top tier in almost every other sport.
  21. What year was that again? I doubt that starting back court would both start today for a title contender.
  22. Everything about this OU offense is complete ass. BV has one season left and he knows it. JA completely sucks.
  23. Well, they already signed Van Fleet, who is generously listed at 6'0". (I wouldn't have done that.) That being considered, I wouldn't have draft a "SG" that is generously listed at 6'2". With both of them being that small, you basically can't play them at the same time. Also, a 6'2" SG isn't a thing. If there is a good one out there, I could be missing it. Basically, the guy the took at #3 can't be on the floor at the same time as they guy they just signed to be the starting PG. Oh, wait, they signed that undersized PG for 3 years and $130M. Lulz. I know it was a weak draft but I would have taken anyone else but him.
  24. On drafting Reed Sheppard #3, I am not a fan of undersized players. If they're undersized, they need to be elite or borderline elite. (Steph, Dame, Kyrie, etc.) They're always going to be at a disadvantage on defense so you'd better be elite on the other end. Nothing about Sheppard says he'll be anywhere close to borderline elite. Sure, she can shoot but so can Isiah Joe and OKC got him off the free agent wire and he's 6'5" and athletic and can defend multiple positions. OKC found some guy named Ajay Mitchell in the second round and he's quite frankly a better prospect. NBA body, athletic, can guard multiple positions, good shooter. Meanwhile, Houston has a whole background full of undersized guys. Even at forward, they have this Amen Thompson. He seems OK but he's a non stretch 4 and is only 6'7" and 200. That's basically a guard sized body.
  25. Wow. Who could have seen that coming? See ya next season, big man.
