  1. About this: I noticed that with the Thunder. They smothered him with various wings to the point he was having trouble just getting the ball. Whenever he did get the ball, he was 25 feet away from the basket.
  2. Trump was born in 1946. He's a boomer. Biden is only 4 years old but technically he would be Silent.
  3. No, they're not. Trump and Biden are boomers and they're old enough to be their dads.
  4. This right here. It further supports my assertion that they are both Gen X.
  5. Even, look up. Look at me in the eyes. Right here..... Fuck you, you incel pussy. Too bad your "dad" is the unlucky bastard that won the process of elimination by not being the guy that day whose spooge didn't end up on the mattress instead of in your mom. Otherwise, you'd have a better father figure instead of some asshole on a podcast.
  6. Twas me: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/failing-young-men-with-richard-reeves/id1498802610?i=1000584062413 I really don't understand young men. I understand young women better, oddly enough. They still have the ambitions that women have always had. Young men just want to sit around, play video games, and aren't interesting in girls, which is what I completely don't understand. In my "other world," the women back that up, actually. (If a woman has been a pro for more than five years, I consider her a Phd level expert on the sexual habits of men.) They will tell you the customer demand significantly drops off with the under 35 crowd. Sure, there's a financial aspect with them not being able to afford it but it's also the interest just isn't there, whereas Boomers were/are complete horn dogs along with older Gen X to a lesser degree. Anyway, back to regularly scheduled programming and doom scrolling.
  7. James Carville said it and I completely agree. The post mortem on this election will be how the Dems got back the white vote, which is something he never thought he'd see.
  8. In all fairness, OKC completely swarmed him and wouldn't let him get the call. They can put numerous combos of five guys out there who are all long and are good to elite defenders. OKC looks really good right now and they're not even shooting that great.
  9. Our last dachshund (great little dog) killed a possum once by biting its neck and thrashing it around until it died. (It's what they're bread to do.) Here is our current ferocious watchdog:
  10. They think since they're getting a tax cut, it'll all work out. Never mind most of them don't pay any taxes or very little.
  11. I'll cross post using data from NBC. It's combined vote count of EV and mail ins. The site has gender breakouts. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-elections/early-vote GA is at about 65% of their 2020 total. (Granted, the state has grown since then.) -- 57% women PA is about 22% of their 2020 total -- 56% women MI is 38% of their total -- 56% women Keep in mind that all of these people we've seen oversample men for some reason. (I have no idea why.)
  12. Georgia's early vote and mail in total is already at 75% of the 2020 total. Granted, the state has grown more so there's that. Both parties are definitely cannibalizing election day vote. Georgia almost 57% women, BTW. Harris ain't losing GA.
  13. I have a hot take. Harris will significantly outperform Biden in the Philly burbs. Maybe be double digits.
  14. Some of these polls have trouble getting enough people to respond to even be valid. They need roughly 800-1000 people and it's a struggle.
  15. I keep saying this. Ever since Dobbs, Dems have outperformed all of the polling in actual elections by about 5-8 points.
  16. She was on Bill Maher and is still legitimately hot but too crazy even for Maher. Beware of the crazy nookie.
  17. Pretty good site. Breakout for each state. Party, age, gender, etc. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-elections/early-vote
  18. I meant to say the Republicans were the ones losing support in the burbs. Sorry about that. Those Main Line burbs went heavy Dem the last few times. My mistake. Sorry about that.
