  1. I'm saying go somewhere that does cater to your needs, since sharing outdoor space with a dog is a problem for you. That's their business model and if it doesn't suit you, just go somewhere else. It's pretty simple. If you know longer enjoy it, then stop going. Think of it as Texas Football in the 2010's
  2. Don't disagree, but we have people complaining about dogs on patios where the business clearly allows it. I get the grocery store argument, but give me a break complaining about dogs at a dog friendly establishment. It that business model works for them, good for them.
  3. Maybe don't go to places that claim to be dog-friendly? They seem to not be for you. I'm sure there are places that don't allow dogs on the patio. Not everyone needs to cater to your preferences. Use your power of choice.
  4. Use your discretion and shop when your spouse or nanny can look after them, or just like the dog people, order curbside.
  5. I call bullshit, but maybe you should stop shopping at the HEB where the bored housewives shop. Be brave. Go to some of the lower income areas of town. I promise you it's probably entitled, higher income white folks.
  6. I'm not saying that, but there are more shitty parents than shitty dog owners. Way many more encounters with people not controlling their children at HEB than people not controlling their dogs. I've rarely seen a dog in an HEB.
  7. So nursing home attendant isn't on your list of dream jobs?
  8. They are great, but they can be a handful. Blue hates the shedding rake.
  9. And, affection is usually on their terms, just like a cat. Blue will come up and bury her head into me. Then, as soon as I pet her for more that whatever time she has allotted, she yips and snaps at me and runs away.
  10. They aren't stupid. That's for sure. They don't train easily and you want to get started early. They are VERY vocal. They don't bark, but will talk and howl. The biggest issue is they are escape artists and will run for days. Hopefully, the lab side prevails there, but always be sure to inspect a fenced yard for any possible way out. They will find a way. Oh, and expect to need to replace your vacuum every year. Blue's shedding destroyed a Dyson animal vac. And, if you always wanted a cat, a husky scratches that itch. They think they are cats.
  11. For his sake, I hope the Lab instincts are stronger than the Husky ones.
  12. They need more warm bodies to charge fees to in order to keep paying off the vig on their athletic department loans.

  15. That woman's actions foisted Jennnifer Lopez upon us. She should be executed.
  16. Make sure to go up to Case McCoy and thank him for beating aggy.
  17. How much did Armybrat get in the lawsuit?
  18. Still better than your shitty kids.
  19. Kids are more likely to get you sick than dogs. Just saying. I have dogs, but I don't take them everywhere. I don't want to expose them to all the horrible people in the world. Put them in a kennel when you have to go out.
