  1. Two OL were holding the same player. Ridiculous no call
  2. Just was able to play a bit for today, but it’s definitely a big step forwards. Really like the way the story moves and how it’s not just mission after mission.
  3. It's a bit easier on defense to pull this off than on offense. Robinson did an incredible job coaching, but the majority of the change was just playing a very vanilla defense with easy reads as opposed to the complexities from Diaz's defense. I don't really know what that change would be for UT as we struggle run blocking (interior has really, really suffered), and Sam can't hit the "easy" completions consistently. I guess the only changes would be go super QB run heavy (high risk of injury to Sam) or put in Boo and play a more vanilla offense.
  4. How did that LSU DB not get a PI there? Was all over the receiver
  5. It is kind of crazy how much better it feels. Played a bit of the new Gambit mode, and it was pretty fun. Teams will still dominate, however, as coordination is so, so huge.
  6. Shitty day for the Longhorns, but I'm glad FC Dallas was able to seal the deal and win the cannon. The spurt after half time was pretty great. Barrios is looking damn good as well.
  7. I was talking more about our OOC schedule, but fair point. Still, the games against UCLA, Cal (x2) and UMD (x2) have been utterly embarassing, and the team doesn't learn from it.
  8. Does it even matter? We haven't beaten a P5 OOC team with a winning record since 2012.
  9. Some of the freshmen definitely flashed, we have a LT that can actually block, but in the end, we are stuck with another mediocre team that lies on a coaching staff that underperforms based on the talent available. No wonder Wilson wants to go to OSU.
  10. The snake oil one from BON is spot on. It’s clear that all the words that come out of the coaches mouths are pretty much meaningless. To have this showing after a year of being embarrassed at home is just incredible.
  11. Boo last year showed his limitation is in what to do with a collapsing pocket. Based on how the OL blocked, that shouldn't be as big of an issue.
  12. Browning is showing that he's going to be a limitation instead of a big time player for UW.
  13. Whenever we hire next, we absolutely need to see who they want to hire before offering a contract. Back to back coaches that were coaching with a hand behind their back already due to numerous bad hires.
  14. Imagine getting embarrassed and having an off-season prep for revenge and give this effort. It’s just embarrassing how many fundamental mistakes we make.
  15. I'm amazed that the Thursday slate is so poor this year. I thought the SEC typically does one matchup on week one?
  16. While he's been good, people really need to pump their breaks. A lot changes over a season, and we have no idea how good NU's defense actually is.
  17. We did, but he ended up going to Purdue as the coach is a legend in his area and very inventive in ways to use him. Shame it didn't work out.
  18. National champs are starting strong.
  19. How realistic is it to actually have a second home? I feel like that's a pipe dream unless you can work remotely and make a ton of money.
  20. That’d be quite the argument considering ULM beat Bama in November. Those were the days, though.
  21. As someone who is feeling pretty sad about moving from Austin to Denver, this last little bit of hellish temperatures is making it a bit easier to realize why I want to leave.
