  1. I actually did, and the past few pages to make sure it wasn't posted. I guess he he posted it while I was checking to see if it was posted.
  2. Not terrible this week. Skip to 2:40 for Texas.
  3. The "Rank" in these charts is my simulated CFP committee ranks, which I actually jumped the gun on before all the data was in. Texas is actually #2
  4. In the ACC, SMU clinches a spot with another win. Miami must win out. Clemson is finished with conference play and a single loss. They need Miami to lose or SMU to lose twice. In the B1G, Oregon has finished their conference play undefeated, so they have already clenched. Ohio State and Indiana both control their own fate. They meet next Saturday at Noon. Penn State needs absolute chaos: Ohio State to beat Indiana and then both team to lose the final week to Michigan and Purdue respectively. The Big XII is shaping up to be Colorado against BYU. Arizona State gets in with an unlikely 4-way tie. Iowa State needs chaos. In the SEC, Alabama, Texas, and Texas A&M control their own fates. Alabama is actually the safest bet right now due to an easier slate of games (Oklahoma and Auburn). Georgia gets in with an Alabama loss or chaos from on of the Texas teams. Ole Miss is technically not eliminated, but it requires the unlikeliest of chaos scenarios. There are 20 remaining playoff contenders, including 6 SEC teams. The field still has a decent enough chance as well - South Carolina is the next best shot if they can knock off Clemson and it's likely Tulane gets the nod if the leading G5 teams both lose.
  5. The issue here is thinking the CFP Committee cared so heavily about SOR (or using janky SOR analytics - UGA at number 3?) ---- This my simulated CFP Top 25 BYU: No. 12 sim, No. 6 CFP Indiana: No. 3 sim, No. 5 CFP Texas: No. 4 sim, No. 3 CFP Penn State: No. 5 sim, No. 4 CFP Tennessee: No. 9 sim, No. 7 CFP Notre Dame: No. 6 sim, No. 8 CFP Georgia: No, 11 sim, No. 12 CFP Miami: No. 8 sim, No. 9 CFP ----- BYU is the only outlier and it's for being overrated, not underrated.

    Fuck Big 12 refs

There's no chance Mar himself threw that flag on the DB at the top of screen.
  8. This is still pretty wide open compared to every other conference. Bama/Ole Miss/Georgia rooting for chaos.
  9. We control our fate now if anyone was wondering.
  10. Let's step it up in the 2nd half. Owens needs snaps.
  11. I know two veterans on disability pay. One lives with his parents again because he has to and deserves every bit of what he gets. The other deserves something but milks the system as hard as possible, lies to increase his disability, actively tries to lose jobs that he complains about being forced to get.
  12. So looking at the first few: Claiming Trump has a quid-pro-quo with Russia is not left-wing progoganda/disinformation? Defamation part of the 4th one is ongoing still. "Trump linked to porn-linked bank" not left-wing disinformarion?
  13. EJ Carroll was the only one dismissed I can find.
  14. After looking his WAPO/NYT lawsuit is still active also. Which case even was dismissed?
  15. He didn't lose to ABC or MSNBC, but they will probably settle.
  16. We know why. I was explaining the employer side of things. You can't just fire someone for talking with an accent and going by Pepe when his ID says his name is George. There are already immigration and enforcement databases that the don't let employers verify with. It's not like law enforcement or ICE have issues with this.
  17. E-Verify matches the TIN/SSN with the name and that's about it. National Photo ID would help because E-verify does face-matching, but not often. The most effective thing in my experience to get rid of an illegal worker is to send them to a project in Arizona.
  18. I'm telling you that employers don't have the tools to enforce this. It'd be impractical to make it a strict liability law and ineffective otherwise.
  19. It's mandatory to do business on a lot of state contracts. And it's an all-in thing. You have to use it on every employee or none at all. If I had to guess more employers get fines for using E-Verify incorrectly than do for hiring illegally.
  20. It's certainly better, but you can't use it to screen employees. Then, there's such a lengthy appeals process that illegals game it.
  21. In practice, there is fuck all you can do if someone passes their I-9.
  22. "You play to win the game." -Herm Edwards
  23. I said this earlier, but taking an adversarial interview or townhall is the best way to do this. Being afraid to have your ideas confronted is not a way to win an election.
