  1. Current rankings don't matter. We've seem the committee buck previous rankings several years now. When they actually seriously start discussing who is in or out, things will change. Texas has the best resume out of any 1-loss team. SoS, game control, wins over top 50, all solidly in our favor. I feel like this needs to be shouted from the roofs. If we get bucked for another team it won't be because of anything to do with our resume. It'll be because the committee thinks another team is better than us enough that it overcomes all that.
  2. Milroe has faded hard against every single decent defense he's faced. Bama also has not been tested in the air much since Texas. They didn't do well.
  3. It's literally the most no-brain scenario for the committee. 3 undefeated champs and the other two champs already played each other. There's zero controversy in this scenario. You are completely regarded if you think they choose a big controversy over the obvious.
  4. A non-conference Champ is not making it this year, bar complete disaster. If one were to make it, it would be tOSU, not Georgia.
  5. Rooting for Georgia only makes sense if we have already (for intensive porpoises) clinched a spot. If Georgia wins, they will be above us and Bama below; if Georgia loses, both might either be above or below us. You root for the chaos until you have a place virtually secured, then you root for the predictable outcome. It's the same way with Washington and Oregon. How things currently stand we want Oregon and Alabama to win.
  6. Georgia has not kept a lead throughout a single P5 game start to finish this year. Lots of people only watch our games or believe what they read in the game threads. We've had a few close games, but not more than anyone else. We are actually #2 in Game Control - behind Michigan.
  7. Dont ask me how I know this, but they monitor TexAgs full-time. They view it more of a nuisance to be dealt with than care about anyone's opinions, though.
  8. I don't want to see people in game threads rooting for the wrong team. This is what we want in order of importance: 1) Texas win ..... 11) Louisville win 12) Alabama win 13) Iowa win 14) Oregon win (maximum chaos), unless one of the above is an upset, then Washington win (to eliminate Oregon) --- I'm interested to see where the committee puts Ohio State this week. Also, this week's and previous weeks rankings are meaningless wrt to exact order. The committee has shown that they will buckle down for the final rankings and move teams around as they see fit.
  9. This is one of the most aggy things ever. The entire Jimbo Fischer era has been amazing.
  10. I mean we have the ability to stop Ollie Gordon and stomp their ass. OU would make it more of a game.
  11. I think OSU is the better team to play of we want style points. More of a chance to mudhole them given the matchup.
  12. ...
  13. They've struggled against every team with a halfway decent defense. This was very losable for them.
  14. 300 rushing yards
  15. Wisner really wanted that.
  16. Awesome Jett Bush TD.
  17. The ones acting out are the ones that realize CFB as they knew it is over for them. Not like next year, but too soon all the same.
  18. Texas 31-17 496 passing yards
  19. You aren't posting the odds that you think you are. Those would imply UGA has a ~30% chance to make the playoffs.
  20. Same here. Dunno what the other guy is looking at.
  21. The fun thing about these odds machines is that the maker has to input who would be taken in the "tie scenarios" anyhow. Posting them to "prove" one team will be favored in a virtual tie is actually useless.
  22. I fully understand. I actually have my own. Look at Auburn's resume yourself. Is #33 reasonable? #33 generally means you have a decent chance to upset a top team. What are their odds against Bama, two scores? The people with money on the line don't agree.
  23. Look at what you just posted. Massey has Auburn #33. They just got dominated by his #89 team. Please.
  24. That group as a whole only has 5 P5 wins. 2 are against each other, 2 are against Florida, and 1 is against Vandy.
  25. Look at Bama's schedule. Wyoming is better than: MTSU, USF, MSU, Arkansas, Kentucky, Chattanooga, and Auburn.
