    Fuck Big 12 refs

If the snap causes the penalty (offsides, illegal shift, too many men), it is live ball. Technically, those things can be corrected before the ball is snapped. False start, disconcerting signals, encroachment can't be fixed and are dead ball.
  2. Yeah. He is actually decent at seeing the defense and knowing his matchups, but he hit the second option only a few times. He forced a lot of passes. And it's the second time a short route was disrupted and he chucked it to a defender instead of ground it.
  3. I definitely think their offense fades against good teams. Loses It's efficiency when they can't win the LOS. The defense is good. Held us to our season low didn't they? (With turnover help)
  4. A lot of models have KSU and Bama similar in power. Some even have KSU above them.
  5. Psyched we got a win over this team. 3-losses be damned they are really good and for 80% of the game they looked like they had no chance. Very not happy that we spent our first two 4Q possessions giving them the ball deep in our territory. Plus the punt block and that was basically KSU's entire game. We handled the rest. Murphy is so hot and cold. A lot of those passes were big time, but the mistakes are blatant and his misses seem to come in streaks. Let's buttfuck TCU.
  6. Most "just win" game of all time. Need Ewers back. Need to stop turning it over.
  7. Flag 3 seconds after the play...it'll be on us.
  8. We need a drive here. Secondary has no legs.
  9. That was a healthy spot.
  10. He's running fine but not wanting to get hit. Might be hand or shoulder hurt.
  11. Nice kick.

    Should be obvious review right?
  13. Surly: We need to run a lot and keep throws short and inside. Sark: Let's open with with a sideline hook...goes 25 yards.
  14. You mean some dipshit journalist that always proclaims we might find life everytime there's a scientific paper about how maybe there might possibly have at one point been the correct temperature for water to form somewhere deep underneath the surface on a moon or planet? Cool. More like "rare" as in theres have been trillions and trillions of organisms on the planet and I've never heard of a single one that has ever visited the Sun.
  15. Only one of those known planets is Class M, so no. Life, if it even exists beyond our planet, is rare as fuck.
  16. From my bunker outside Atlanta: FIGHT!!!
  17. Another bullet point for what we are getting into next year. The UGA (office) consensus over this is that they hope Kirby is already doing the same thing or will have a network set up for next year. That pretty well sums up the SEC mentality when it comes to cheating. It's not even a flippant "everyone does it" mentality. There is a need to cheat the hardest.
  18. TCU has nothing going on offense unless Tech just decides not to cover TEs. Tech should win convincingly.
  19. Zero chance that was a first down.
  20. The TCU QB sucks.
  21. Costly penalty.
  22. Kinda seems like there were 3 forward passes that play.
  23. I don't think you would get information quick enough from a single game even live recording and processing it. It's not like baseball. 100+ pitches to capture. Fast vs off-speed, bunt, steal. You are basically looking for one signal/combination with one piece of information that tells you exactly what you need to know. Unless I'm just way off on modern playcalling, football coaches don't have a pass signal, for example. There may be several signals that mean different pass protections that you could group into a passing group. I'm pretty sure this is what Stallions' playsheets do. And, again, this is something existing scouting software already does. A scout inputs the different variables on any play: GUN FAR | CLOSED | RUN | INSIDE ZONE. Computer spits out "75% of gun far closed formations are runs, 40% being inside zone." All Michigan does is add some signal inputs....computer says LEFT FIST PUNCH OUT = 95% PASS. They probably don't know whether the signal actually means a certain protection or a route concept or what.
  24. West coast flex bone. Maybe our playcalls were just too complicated to signal.
  25. Seems weird to me. I played Tx 5A D3 and D1 in the late 90s- early 00s. Maybe it fell out of favor and came back with HUNH.
