  1. missed that kick because we were rushing to get on the field. wouldn't have mattered anyway, USC wasn't stopping us there.
  2. Michael fucking Griffin. these ain't the DB's you're used to from the Pac 10 Matty.
  3. of course, but if A Ross didn't fumble we'd have already been up 7-0 anyway.
  4. VY and Jamaal made gaining 8-12 yards on the ground look more casual than anyone i've ever seen.
  5. and then we proved it by having 8 guys get arrested that summer. #walkthewalk
  6. Ced Griffin gets ejected, arrested, and prosecuted for that hit today.
  7. I love it when Trojan fans point to Reggie's lateral and insinuate that we wouldn't have won the game without that, completely ignoring Aaron Ross' fumble as we were about to take over five yards from midfield to open the game. I was physically ill when he fumbled that.
  8. Craig James may have killed five hookers, but at least he knew well enough to pick Texas.
  9. raise your hand if you had Bayleigh being the first person to go unnecessarily psycho on somebody over something trivial. (raises hand)
  10. yeah that's the thing, the forced and contrived nature of it all. a team with no identity, desperately searching for one through platitudes and completely retarded exercises like the ones above. call me crazy, but I have hard time picturing Bill Belichick, or Nick Saban. or Gregg Popovich employing any of this JV-brand of identity building. it's embarrassing.
  11. he took on the names* this goddamn fucking iphone
  12. his real name is something that nobody could pronounce so he took in the mamés of two of his lovers.
  13. no, by my logic Sam Ehlinger was poor and erratic when he was making terrible overthrows to wide open wide receivers against Utah. There were also plenty of times during that game when he was awesome and on point. That dime to Duvernay in the corner of the end zone? perfect throw. great play. One of several rally good plays made by Sam in what was certainly a good game overall for him. Now then- I never said he was shitty against Utah; I never even insinuated as much. When commenting on Sam and his status as a potentially "all time great QB" at Texas, I praised him for the good that he's done, however i also pointed out that he can still be poor and erratic at times, and that he will have his chance to improve upon that next season in his quest to become an all time great. end of story.
