Well somebody has done it at a lower level as a head coach several times and not as an OC. DeBoer gives me a Tressel vibe. This will be a game that challenges our weakness. If the game was this weekend I would worry but Sark and PK have shown that with time they figure how to correct or mitigate issues. Also, I hope Fat Gary drops by with a few ideas for Sark and PK to consider.
This board is aware of DeBoer and he was discussed by a few of us during our last coaching search so we know what he has done. Sark is no longer what he was at SC but you have not been watching. We get familiar with the competition. Come at us with smarter takes.
My god why do we get High School level trolls? There are more people here that know the intricacies of the matchup than you can imagine. You probably have no idea because unlike people from the NW folks in Texas know football. Instead of trolling give us your insights as to why Washington will win and do not just list the players on your team and their talent level we all already know. Lets see if you have any clue.
When I saw this all I could think off was that a new generation of Longhorn kids are growing up with the Sugar Bowl while some new aggy psychopath is coming into being having to eat sugar sandwiches.
Rod Barbers said it was coaching by OSU. He said they used his strengths against him. They gave him looks that they knew he would react to well and then used his proper read to beat him.
Last night’ on youtube videos the arguments were all about FSU versus Bama never Texas because of head to head. That trip was already glorious and now the legend will grow.
First and foremost pull for Texas to roll. Then celebrate the damn thing like it only has happened 4 times in 27 years. After that root for the cherry on top.
Based on what committee has done with Oregon since the first poll I would say it does not matter. Then again screw Oregon because of their QB 78% completion rate.
Cody Stovall of Locked on Oklahoma State is an idiot talking about the Texas Excuse Train. Some one responded to him and I think the response was fitting.
