  1. Congrats on being a million miller. If I was you id look at the Delta Platinum Amex. Good benefits and the annual fee is only $250.
  2. I'll disagree that status isn't useful. I'm platinum on AA and Gold on Delta and can say my flying experience is better. Upgrades (associated free booze), priority ticketing, no baggage fees, and lounge access all make the travel experience better IMO. Combined with the card reimbursing me for Global Entry and TSA Pre-check for free and the benefits add up. Skipping lines, and showing up later at the airport are all perks I consider tangible because of the status. In the end, it's what is important to you and how much you travel. Paying for status, that's different, and I've never used Airline status.com or any other websites that offer you status for a fee. My clients pay for my travel, and I'm always cost conscience of that but it's nice to get upgraded after a long week.
  3. Following the Subreddits, I've been seeing others have crazy offers on AA and delta as well. Shits crazy what the algorithm is putting out there but someone is buying it.
  4. Can't speak on the United cards but have had a Hilton card since 16' and enjoy it. If you spend $40k you get a free room award, that's not worth it to me. This is why it's not my main spending card but you can crush points w/double pts promo stacked w/said card. Let me know if you need a referral. Thought about a Marriott card but I'm too invested in Hilton and close(ish) to lifetime diamond to switch brands now.
  5. You're right, there was cheaper flights but this was first flight out and first class.
  6. @Party_Taco 90,000 bonus miles after you spend $6,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months.
  7. Really depends TBH. They now have it where if you buy tickets with miles they are upwards of 50% off with your delta card, assuming your card is in the wallet on the app. Just booked tickets for first class VPS to FLL for 37,000 points +$12 in taxes. Depends on location and time, like most air travel.
  8. I can get ya 90k w/a Delta Reserve card. However, it does come with an annual fee of $595 but the free companion pass and unlimited sky club access more than pay for that. Plus unlimited upgrades and priority etc... It all depends on what you use the card for and whether you will take advantage of its full benefits. I like the MQM boost w/the reserve card but I fly a lot.
  9. This is me as well, I've had more MRIs than I can remember but I sleep through the majority of them, especially the brain scans.
  10. I saw the complaints as well but from my understanding, it was from a few years back...who really knows? I can say that the steering is tighter and it turns a lot easier; I run 35s so every bit helps. You can tell the valving has been changed as it's just smoother than a stock box. I looked at PSC steering as well but they are almost a grand compared to these at around $450.
  11. Installed a Redhead Steering gearbox in my 07 Cummins. It's been leaking for a while so I had time to replace it. Good thing, as the return hose had a crack in it and would of blown in a matter of time. Took me 3.5 hrs, getting the damn Pittman arm was a PITA and took me an hr easy. The pressure side hose was also tough yo get too as well. Also made sure to keep wheel in place as well.
  12. I've had some shit in Korea and I can only assume it was dog or pidgin because I never saw any of those during my stint there.

Was looking at dry vapes this weekend but this looks legit.
  14. Too bad the assembly line shut down over a decade ago and the last jet rolled off in 2011.
  15. 6 months of PT and you're back to living a normal life. A year and you're like nothing ever happened. My doc told me to be careful with backloading the joint, such as bench press exercises. That's the biggest issue he has seen w/folks. I'm a big dude 6'4", 275 and my days of throwing weights around are over.
  16. That FU comes during physical therapy, lulz.
  17. I've posted on here before about my dual shoulder replacement (both in 12 months). The pain made life extremely tough, and while that sucked, getting them replaced was a decision I do not regret. Life is just different w/o pain now. Do not wait bud, PT sucks, and surgery sucks but you only get one life. Live it as much as you can. The scars are pretty cool, especially if you can incorporate them within a tattoo.
  18. Not a vet nerd by no means but I believe it was a 77'.
  19. Hahaha, good luck with that. Hopefully, you got a referral, so someone else gets hooked up too.
