  1. Damn bud, feel free to stop by and do mine too. I installed a 6.7 water pump on mine a few years back as it has more fins. It dropped my temps about 15 degrees but the damn serpentine belt was a royal PITA. I've heard good things about the PSC steering and looked at them before I did mine.
  2. Installed the combo today and it was relatively straightforward. The Turbo drain line was a pain to get lined up with new gasket and bolts but no big issues. Heat cycled the manifold and did a hot retorque on the bolts. Took it out for a spin and there's a little lag compared to stock but around 1800 rpm she comes to life. The truck will break those 35s loose with no problems. EGTs are higher (150-200 degrees) than I expected but not sure if that is due to the manifold's new pyrometer location (at the collector) compared to my stocker where I drilled it at the #3 cylinder. Gonna mess with my tunes later on and see what I can do with timing and duration.
  3. Not sure if anyone has used the website jobscan.com but I've used it for about 8 years...back when it was completely free. It helps match your resume up with a job description to help beat an ATS. It's an awesome tool for any job seeker. Now it charges for the full benefit but does have some free features. You can maximize it with a paid subscription YMMV.
  4. Had my first interview yesterday and it went well but the salary and associated travel to/from the site are a deal breaker for me. Have another one set up for this afternoon as a Business consultant for a European aviation software firm. This one excites me, so we'll see.
  5. I believe there is an impeller seal between the motor and housing that keeps the water out of said motor. You can try and replace that instead of the motor. Being that's a variable speed pump it's definitely worth a shot as those pumps are not cheap...if you're mechanically inclined.
  6. Boom! Stealth 64 turbo and a BDS T3 manifold. I'll eventually use this as my small turbo to compound it later on in a future build. I'll throw it on tomorrow morning, hopefully. It will make 750HP pushed with the right mods/tuning.
  7. Joining the crowd today. Was laid off along with 22 others via an 8 min blank-screen zoom meeting. Loved this gig, the travel, and the people I worked with. However, all good things must come to an end I suppose.
  8. Saw some shit like this with someone's Christmas Deer ornaments/lights in their yard one year...classic.
  9. It's usually an aircraft paint remover of some sort, that's what I've seen/used in the past. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/aircraft-aircraftremover-gal-gar2000/12072930-P

Fired it up today and this thing is legit. It's not for big smokers as the bowl isn't that big but for low and slow this is perfect. Packed it up w/some flower and the taste is smooth and fruity. The click to let you the flower is ready to vap is not loud but it's effective. Nice little tool in the ol smoking arsenal.
  11. Huge fan of the Cooper AT3s, run them on my 07 cummins and love them.
  12. Hell no, monster tacos were the shit after a night of bar hopping.
  13. Was it leaking, you never said. If not, keep running it and the head will come off on its own. Done it a few times with truck/trailer tires never had an issue. If it was leaking, that definitely looks like an easy patch as it's not on the sidewall.
  14. Amex card has a lot of built-in perks that may or may not make it more advantageous such as baggage fees waivers, baggage insurance, travel delay insurance, warranty protection etc.
  15. I've really noticed recently that the day after I work on a car/truck my body hurts something fierce. Yesterday, spent half a day changing transmission mounts and a CV axle out and here I am on the couch hips and shoulders on fire. I miss my Gumby bones from my younger years.
  16. Thanks for posting; any update on the recruiting piece right below?

For me, it's a choice of smoking flower vice carts. Smoking flower is a much better high than carts, plus no BS filler...YMMV. WRT carrying two things, it's not a big deal as I only smoke at the house.

Placed an order today for a Dynavap M dry herb vape. Been looking for a good one that doesn't have any electronic parts...for ease. Pretty stoked about it! The reviews were pretty good as well. https://www.dynavap.com/products/the-2021-m
  19. Finally got my brake booster back from the rebuilder, installed it, and time for a shakedown. My 19-year-old kid (no pix) wanted to go for a ride, her first in the superbee. She loved helping when she was little on my 70 Challenger. We warm her up and then hit the street, she starts filming (insta/snap who knows) and a few folks give us a thumbs up as we get out of the neighborhood. Hit the crossroad and start to stretch the bee's legs. Bark a few gears and she says this one has more power than the purple one. Warms my heart! Days like these are good.
  20. For that money, I thought you would of at least gotten a bumper-to-bumper warranty.
  21. Yup, our builder is VA approved and has done previous VA builds, etc... but I'm open to conventional options as well. Now, if the interest rates would just work in our favor.
