does anyone have a link to a good and reliable streaming site they would like to share with the class? the only working stream i found for the rockets/nets game last night did not include audio.
#20 Texas stages a furious fourth quarter comeback and beats Mississippi State in overtime, to improve to 6-2 overall and 3-1 in the SEC. Coach Sark should have plenty to talk about today, including his own future with the program and Arch Manning's status this week.
Next up, the Horns finally return home to DKR to take on #9 Vanderbilt in what is likely an SEC title elimination game. 11:00am on ABC this Saturday.
starting qb and wr1 are out today and Bijan had 5 carries in the first half. there are some really good coaches in the nfl, but there are many many more terrible coaches in the league.
good thread but you missed a few:
#18 USF (-6.5) @ Memphis - 11:00am on ESPN2 - the winner of this game should be the favorite to represent the group of 5 in the playoff
Northwestern @ Nebraka - 11:00am on FS1 - no one here will watch (including me), but the winner will be 6-2 and likely ranked next week.
Auburn @ Arkansas - 11:45am on SEC Network - not an important game but will probably be Hugh Freeze's last at Auburn should they lose. Also, Arkansas is going to beat someone under Petrino so it'd be nice to get that out of the way ahead of 11/22.
#23 Illinois @ Washington - 2:30 on Big 10 Network - again, no one here will watch (including me), but the winner will be 6-2 and ranked next week.
Minnesota @ Iowa - 2:30 on CBS - it's the Big 10 theme of the week, the winner will be 6-2 and likely ranked next week. Why did CBS pick this game over Illinois/Washington?
Houston @ #24 Arizona State - 7:00pm on ESPN2 - both of these teams only have one loss in the Big 12 and are alive in the conference race. Houston is 6-1 overall and would definitely be ranked next week with a win
what an absolutely incredible first three nights of the nba season. from the return of the nba on nbc, to espn not fucking with inside the nba at all (yet at least), and some awesome fucking basketball games, it has just been a great start to the season (on the court). the fucking thunder have played back to back double overtime nationally televised games to start the season. unreal.
honestly the line moving more in favor texas makes me feel more confident in the game because it makes no fucking sense. i'm doing the same thing as you and going relatively heavy on Miss St. +7.5. waited all week for the hook and got it yesterday.
didn't see any of it but glad to see that he scored well while shooting effeciently. sooner or later the wizards will move at least one of middleton or mccollum and tre should move in to the starting lineup. it could be argued that he should already be there since the wizards aren't doing shit this season and the entire point of the year is to find out which of their young guys are worth investing in, but nba coaches are gonna do dumb nba coaches shit.
