  1. Does anyone have a Sooner Scoop sub?
  2. My understanding was that Woz wanted to continue and advance the market leading Apple II but Jobs pushed the shitty Mac and subsequently nerfed the Apple II platform evolution. Evidently there are still legions of apple fanboys pissed at Jobs about it.
  3. I too saw this on the plane and thought it was very good. It is nice to see a good historical comedy. Tambor, Buscemi, and Isaacs were really good.
  4. Maybe, but it looked uncoordinated and dumb regardless. For Del Toro to brag about his family LE connections, and reference going to the gun range often, he sure looked like he was full of shit.
  5. Couldn't find all the articles I had read, but did find this. And Del Toro didn't even bump-fire correctly. Sicario worked because it was a parable about the public's naivete and the necessity of good men doing bad things to protect good people. Turning the sequel into a familiar trope about bad governmental actors and the supposed immorality of fighting fire with fire ruined that dynamic. Rian Johnson would be proud.
  6. So evidently Brolin and Del Toro both made adjustments to the Taylor Sheriden's script. Awesome changes including that gay bump firing from the trailer and the small matter of changing the entire story from Brolin's Character and Del Toro's working together to totally gunning for each other because "conflict" and "reasons". I'm out. I'll probably watch the next one, but It'll definitely be because I stole it.

  8. Total diva. Cried about not going to conference days, cried about not being a captain, tweets about looking for indoor workouts to avoid the heat, cried about getting called out for that, faked an injury to avoid getting called out for quitting on his team including the ridiculous farce of "attempting" to play and then camping on the sidelines with a cane, etc etc. "Genuine"
  9. Not to mention Williams was a fucking team captain. That entire performance was pathetic. Running out in warm ups "trying" to play, then watching from the sidelines with a cane. At least the other quitters made their choice publicly and stood behind it instead of engaging in selfish kabuki.
  10. Football players play football. Williams, and the rest of the Strong quitters, shouldn't have quit on their team and are now learning that lesson the hard way. He was, but was never actually going to go that high based on two mediocre seasons and only seven-eight decent games. Plus, the NFL doesn't like Divas and they take their mental evals seriously.
  11. Hi Guise!
