If you see money laundering as a (the?) main use case, then targeting previously untraced waste, fraud and abuse from the largest piggybank on Earth is bearish. If you throw in Ukraine aid ending then that's another hit. The US and Ukraine and their citizens have long been some of the heaviest owners of cryptocurrency.
