  1. Yuck, 21 went for the ball, not the tackle. Huge mistake, could have knocked the shit out of Ladd
  2. If they do this next week to mahomes, they will be legends.
  3. Nice sack, Herbert is getting rocked today.
  4. Getting 3 after all that feels pretty good.
  5. He should be down in the end zone after the INT. He was contacted while going to the ground. No way they get the yardage on that return.
  6. Lemme know if you get one of those cool slime hats and want to sell it. I have a 5 year old that would lose his mind for one.
  7. We just can't have nice things.
  8. I dunno who need to hear this, but Nickelodeon is doing a kids broadcastof the game with SpongeBob and Patrick as the announcers, and my kids are loving it. I have never seen them active watching a half of football before, it's great. They have Paw Patrol, Dora, Ninja turtles and tons of slime. It's a great, 5 stars, would watch again.
  9. @Derka so what's the reasoning behind this trade? Rick James is in 9th place and has nearly zero chance of making the playoffs. He isn't even getting a good keeper here like he did in your first trade when you sent him Chet.
  10. Allen isn't even in the top 10 of all-star front court voting right now, but he was the Cavs MVP tonight. Strus and Ty off the bench were huge too. These teams are very deep, and if OKC gets a healthy Chet back later this year, it's gonna be a hell of a fight. GGs OKC
  11. Close game so far. It's really something to watch 2 teams that have deep benches with talent and skill. A complete switch from the Big 3 and a bunch of G Leaguers we have been accustomed to in past years. Lots of energy on defense with both these teams, which is always fun to watch.
  12. Don't worry, Crane will send the Giants Cam Smith at the deadline for the playoff push!
  13. Seriously, why do people in the back jump up first to move up 5 feet?
  14. I watched this the other night, and I really enjoyed it, it was very entertaining. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes old SNL, it hits you with nostalgia. The casting was on point, very believable choices for so many characters, and the guy who played Lorne was perfect. I agree with Bill that the Jim Belushi guy was the one character that was a miss. It felt like his only knowledge of the actor was watching him in Animal House. It was a lot of fun, good vibes, and lots of laughs. Parts of it felt unbelievable from a timeline perspective, which is a bit distracting but can be overlooked. It's interesting to re-watch some of the old skits the movie showed, and seeing how well they recreated those scenes and how good the actors were in mimicking the original cast. Here's the original Hard Hats skit, it's hard to believe that it was 50 years ago.
  15. And this is coming right after OKC beat the #2/3 seeds in the East by a good margin. OKC also plays at NY on Friday too, and against Cleveland again next week, so it will be interesting to see how this shakes out. I made a joke back when these teams were both around 10-0 that they could have a meeting of the undefeateds in January, and that surprisingly wasn't far off. If they both somehow make it to the playoffs healthy, we might have the lowest viewed NBA championship in recent history between 2 small market teams without any superstar media darlings to hype.
  16. Just imagine how rich he would be if he turned his stuff into NFTs a few years ago.
  17. Not sure about the school, but the Catholic Church as a whole covered up an unknown number of allegations numbering in the tens of thousands globally. In any case, I'll be rooting for a meteor in the Pedo Bowl.
  18. Profar is reportedly seeking a deal in the 3/45 range, while Santander is getting around 4/80. No way they get both those guys, but I would rather have the latter if the two. If the 4/80 offer from Toronto is true, and that's the highest offer so far, I think the Astros could offer 4/72 and still be the more profitable option for him. The difference in income tax rate between the two cities is 13% for home games, and you don't have to live in Canada. Seems like an easy choice to me.
  19. I would have thought the Kings might be a seller at this point. I don't think Cam fixes that team, but he has 2.5 years left on a modest contract. It's the Kings though, and they have been delusional for years, so I don't think an overpay would surprise me. OKC getting Cam would be interesting, depending on who they give up. They could use another scoring option to mix in their lineup, but I wonder if this would be an overreaction to Chet being injured. Their defense is terrific right now, and any trade for a 22m player would likely require at least one of their wings going out in return. I think I would take the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it approach" if I were them, unless they have some dead weight they can bundle with picks to make this work.
  20. But what team can reasonably trade for Jimmy and still be a contender for 1-2 years? Is swapping Beal+picks for him going to make the Suns better? (On the court, not future salary cap) Can the Bucks get him without giving up Giannis or Dame, and does it do enough or create more holes to fill? If the Rockets can swing a FVV+Green+picks deal for Butler, does that make them a solid 2 seed in the West? Golden State with Wiggins+assets has been thrown around, but I really don't see that making them better enough to vault into the top 3. Does a team like Denver want him? They could make it work. I'm not sure he gets traded though. A lot of teams are cap strapped or can't make it work without making more issues in this years roster. If Miami's price is relatively cheap just to dump him and clear cap, maybe it could happen, but I would imagine they want several picks in return.
  21. Oh, is he going back to the Warriors again?
