  1. oh look, another troglodyte is changing his tune...
  2. That was my first thought too. Also, why did it take this long to release this footage?
  3. Jessie's friends were top tier comedy on this show. There were so many hilarious interactions between them that I didn't quite appreciate on my first watch through. When Jessie gets his new house and is showing his friends where he's going to put everything, Combo says something like "Yeah! Girls cream up real nice for like, candles and shit." It's so weird and funny how someone like that thinks.
  4. He already hates the Yankees too!
  5. Yeah, we need him to be Mark Price or Steve Kerr on this championship team. Also need some injury luck, and hope KD is 100% in May/June for a deep playoff run. I also hope the MPJ for Cam swap for the Nuggets isn't as helpful as they think. Their defense and rebounding may drop off significantly with that change. The Nuggs and Thunder will be tough opponents, and if there's a way this team can get the #1 seed and let them play each other as the 2/3, that would be ideal.
  6. They won a World Series with Dusty as the skipper, but that does not make him a good manager.
  7. RFA is pretty much dead now, since there is little to no cap space. Players are now stuck with their team for that 5th year. They don't have much leverage to negotiate either. Probably best to do a 1 year deal and then hit free agency the next year.
  8. Short comes up big!!!
  9. I think about it every day
  10. Lebron has to be traded for the Lakers to get anything out of him, but he has a NTC, and the amount of teams willing to take on his salary for 1 year is pretty limited. I don't think the Lakers will be better off without him next year, because they don't have the assets to trade him for someone transformational like Giannis. They are stuck with him for the foreseeable future. The best thing they could do is placate him, and have him go recruit cheap vets that want to play in LA. Chris Paul, Beal, Horford, Westbrook, Taj Gibson, etc. Lots of guys out there that could help this team make it through the regular season, while enjoying the lifestyle of being in LA.
  11. It still counts! We're number 1! We're number 1!
  12. Well if you want to feel good about something, here's a graph of all MLB teams WAR from players they drafted since 2012. Astros are doing pretty, pretty, prett-ay good!
  13. If it makes you feel better, the Dodgers were just swept by the Brewers.
  14. ... For the Rockets and Wizards... ... And Jazz in 2031... Washington holds the Suns swaps in 26, 28 and 30, Houston gets their 1st in 27 and 29, and Utah gets their 2031. None of these picks have protections on them for the Suns. However, Washington might be pretty terrible on their own, so the swaps may not hurt that much, but it negates the Suns from winning the lottery. The best case scenario for them would be both those picks getting 1-2 in the lottery and they would automatically get the 2nd pick. Highly unlikely though. Extending Booker makes sense, because he's going to have to be traded at some point in the near future. The more guaranteed years he has, the more they can ask for him. Send him to some starved for talent franchise like Charlotte or NOLA for a big haul and start over in 2027.
  15. Some would argue that scoring is an important part of winning games...
  16. 334 foot home run. The Crawford boxes giveth, and the Crawford boxes taketh away.
  17. Alright, time to make something happen...
  18. Noel as a pinch runner is an interesting choice in a close game.
  19. That means everyone is on track to be healthy in October!
