  1. I'm taking the family to the game on Friday night against the White Sox. It will be my kid's second Astros game, the last one was September 10th last year, when they used the Death Star lineup to score 12 on the Padres, so I'm hopeful they can get a 2 game win streak going. Probables are Crochet vs Spaghetti, so it should be interesting. We will be in the second row on that angled wall near shallow left field. Hope to get some foul balls for the kids too! 😁
  2. So does this mean Lina did nothing wrong and we can move on from this witch hunt?
  3. The main production page says exactly that, but shows it going back a decade. Unless you are saying the older numbers don't include or calculate condensate correctly, the point is moot. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=61545
  4. 10 pitches, 3 outs, nice save by Hader, and the Astros improve to 12-19 in 1 run games.
  5. Elon dump for tonights interview.
  6. Also have to think that many of people seeing Trump's Truth Social post screenshots are often accompanied by fact checking, context, criticism and jokes. It probably hurts him to have so much of it framed by others who aren't drinking the orange Kool aid. Now he can post directly on Twitter and let millions see his unfiltered idiocy first hand!
  7. It was an alternate universe Wolverine, so it could happen a number of ways. I don't believe that was the Earth 616 Wolverine, so the other X-Men movie stories aren't necessarily his own. Infinite possibilities out there, so anything is plausible. I think it was just a shortcut way to make that Wolverine unique to fit the storyline and move on.
  8. @immamac just an FYI, I don't see this forum show up in the section listing. Another thing I noticed is the sub forums for cities under food, or books/video games under Hobbies don't show up either, and you have to filter to see those topics. They aren't visible by default, which I think hurts their visibility. Maybe that's intentional, but I think the Hobbies should all be one topic.
  9. Maybe they should build a green monster in Minute Maid?
  10. 10 Ks for spaghetti 🔥🔥🔥
  11. Winner winner, Curry chicken dinner!
  12. That was fucking ridiculous. Unreal
  13. Curry is 7-12 from 3 now!!!
  14. Really needed that one. That behind the back pass reminded of Steph in game 7 of the 2016 Finals, but this one was on target.
  15. Current buildings are mostly maxed out, but there is a lot of redesign going on that will add more space by simply being more efficient. A lot of the spaces are now hybrid with 2 teams sharing it on a 2/3 basis. That's for the worker bees though, the C suite guys are getting some premium spots in the towers soonish. If the Hess merger ever closes, there is a giant tower next to Discovery Green that they will inherit too and I'm told it has an exceptionally long lease. Other options for space that make sense would be the old Continental Building, which CVX had leased about 25 floors for years until COVID hit. Now it's mostly empty, and just a garage for CVX and HPD. It's a nice building though, and it was the Omni HQ building in RoboCop 2 which is pretty cool. The old Exxon HQ is 2 blocks away and has been empty for years, which could also work with some significant buildout. There's also the empty green space from the old YMCA that they never developed, but I don't see them spending 100m+ to do that. That's going to be a decision for the next CEO, which will probably happen next year. The Bridgeland building is currently on hold until some other things are settled, it has not broken ground yet. I think the "move" is a bit overstated by people looking to shit on California though. The San Ramon campus was sold years ago and just exited officially in June. There is a new building with a 5 year lease nearby that will be the offices for those in California for the next several years. No one is being forced to move right now, and no relocation or early retirement packages are being offered to anyone outside the executive support staff. In the past those were the norm to encourage migration, but for now there is no urgency. I do however, know several people on SR that are actively looking for a new job elsewhere, because they don't want to move to Houston and they know it's coming. I can't blame them, but I think it's a bit early to panic. This is going to be more of a slow transition that ends around 2030.
  16. So far so good, just 1 to go...
  17. All that for only 1 run. Yikes.
  18. hahahaha what the fuck is going on?
  19. uhhh, wtf? That wasn't even close to hitting him lol...
  20. Kinda just have to laugh at this point.
