  1. Nope. It'll be 2032 before they control their first round pick. But at least they are old, bad, and expensive in the meantime, so there's that. https://arizonasports.com/nba/phoenix-suns/future-picks/3572960/ Where are the Suns slated to pick in future drafts? 2025: Least favorable first-round pick between Cleveland Cavaliers and Minnesota Timberwolves (projected to be No. 29); least favorable second-round pick between Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers (projected to land at No. 54) 2026: Least favorable first-round pick between Phoenix, Orlando Magic, Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards; least favorable second-round pick between Golden State and Denver (via Charlotte) 2027: Least favorable first-round pick between Cleveland, Minnesota and Utah Jazz; no second-round pick 2028: Least favorable first-round pick between Phoenix, Washington, Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers; second-round pick via Boston Celtics (if it lands between Nos. 46-60) 2029: Least favorable first-round pick between Cleveland, Minnesota and Utah; no second-round pick 2030: Least favorable first-round pick between Phoenix, Washington and Memphis; no second-round pick 2031: No first-round pick (traded to Utah Jazz for 2025, 2027, 2029 first-round picks); no second-round pick.
  2. Stick fork in the Suns- they are done. And not just for this year - probably for the rest of the decade.
  3. OMG the end of this Lakers-Bulls game.
  4. It also underscores just how good Boston is (this was without Tatum) and how tough it will be for the Knicks/Cavs/Thunder to win a 7 game series.
  5. Should be an entertaining fight to the finish - Clippers playing really well as of late and may hold off GS/Min to stay out of the play-in. And if that happens, your play-in tourney would be GS-Min and then the loser of that game vs KD & the Suns. Spicy!
  6. Yeah they are not playing well right now, particularly MItchell who is shooting about 20 % from 3 in March. For the first time all year, it took me a little while to find my team in Kirk Goldsberry's weekly efficiency graph.
  7. Rumor has it that Ron Harper was fucking Gordon Gund's daughter so Gund demanded that Harper be shipped out. Have no idea if that's true but it makes for a good story. In Ferry's defense, he is the only guy (that I know of) who took a swing at MJ during a game. That almost redeems his shitty play.
  8. You gotta be shitting me. Minnesota down by 2 with 3.5 seconds left (after a ridiculous 3 from Obi Toppin) and of course they get the ball to Anthony Edwards with a chance to win the game... Just kidding - they actually drew up a play for Julius Randle. Yes, Julius Randle...who of course left it short as the Twovles lost to the Pacers JV squad. I shit you not. Like they chose to draw up a play for Randle instead of Ant.
  9. Just in case you were worried that tonight's Denver-GS game was going to be competitive, Jokic, Braun, Strawther and Murray are out tonight.
  10. BBall reference predicts that Houston, Memphis, and Denver will all finish with 51-52 wins and occupy the 2-4 seeds in the Western Conference. If that happens, depending on matchups, I could easily see the 5-6-7 teams all advancing to the conference semis.
