  1. I had a license there in 2019/2020, but then moved out of state and have no record of it. I've called DPS/DMV and every number listed and can't get through to them. I can't request any info without the number. I've tried my insurance company, Mychart with my doctor in Austin and looked everywhere in my digital world for it. Can't believe I don't have a copy, but I don't. I just need the number, nothing else. Any suggestions on how to get it?
  2. Any advice on a TV that has decent built in sound and is a smart TV with simple functions? I have to buy my folks, who are 80 and moving in to assisted living, 3 tvs and I want to keep it as simple as possible for them. They aren't great with screwing around with sound bars and fire sticks.

I ordered some of these and they seem to get me as high as the edibles from dispensaries in legal states, if not more. I've had a lot from dispensaries and a lot now from the hemp derived, under .3 THC or whatever they do and I don't understand it. But I like these a lot.
  4. Either tired or ashamed dad's still wearing Xmas pants.
  5. Just went to my first therapy session ever at the age of 46. I don't even know what I'm trying to work out, just that I've got a lot of emotional crap that I want to figure out. Childhood to today stuff, so I hope it helps. I have no idea what else to expect, but I felt like I clicked some with her, so I guess that's the first positive. It was just an intake appointment though.
  6. I'd like to have some hot coffee for about 8 hours. Anyone have a recommendation? A new coffee maker with one it drips into isn't out of the question, but I've never heard of one that worked real well. Hot for hours well, at least.
  7. I hadn't heard of him until this post and I listened to that song a ton before I looked further. I'm glad I did. He's got some great stuff. I love the Slaid Cleaves sad shit, so this guy is up my alley. I got stuck in this one for a while and it's still in the daily rotation.
  8. This is both our first GS. I've had labs because I love a sporty swimming fetching dogs and my lady has had dobermans because she grew up next to some that she felt sorry for because they were tied up outside all day. He a lot different than either of those, but I think we're doing a good job with him. He's scared of a lot of stuff (mainly tree stumps and other inanimate objects. Dipshit) and other dogs, but loves people. I thought I'd be smart and build him a forever kennel out of this cubby in the house, but at 5 months here, I'm not real confident he'll fit.

Repurposed Barney or whatever this thing is I found in my yard.
  10. I have no idea. My girlfriend bought the house 5ish years ago and it was like that. I've been living here about 2 years and it hasn't changed much that I can tell. The house is 130 years old and might fall down? I don't like the idea of a failing foundation. That sounds like it sucks.
