  1. My memory, albeit not as good as it was, says yes. They did not touch the enforcement element, just some call centers. So it is a pain in the ass to get a Tax ID Number for a new company.
  2. A 1-year-old was among 159 killed in Hong Kong apartment fires. 30 others remain missing https://apnews.com/article/hong-kong-tai-po-fire-highrise-a82446d3ade61c71c1915f29d89cb35c HONG KONG (AP) — The death toll of Hong Kong’s high-rise apartment blaze rose to 159 on Wednesday, as authorities arrested six people on suspicion of deactivating some fire alarms during maintenance work at the housing complex. In addition to the scaffolding issue, residents and officials have said that some fire alarms in the buildings failed to sound when the fire broke out, though it was not clear how widespread that problem was within the complex. Police said Wednesday that six people who allegedly deactivated some fire alarms at the housing complex during the renovation works were arrested on suspicion of making false representation to the fire services department.
  3. Fuck it, lets go. I love Latin America.
  4. 151. Over 40 still missing.
  5. Yep, we never knew that did we? And he has had a war of words with their president already.
  6. You make him a martyr. Latin America loves that shit. Che t-shirt out front and all that. Don't see it. Any movement would have to come from the lower officer ranks. That is how Coups usually go. Surgical strikes don't do shit. And Panama was not a surgical strike. So is Colombia next? Peru? Bolivia? Ya know, the real drug producing nations.
  7. 1- Attacking Maduro would make him a hero in Latin America. 2- It would not be easy to take the country. Maracaibo? Yes. Geography allows it to be contained, but. 3- Plan on a protracted Guerilla War. Latin America knows a bit about that. 4- There already are a shit ton of "common clay" people who have left. This would not be easy.
  8. What a shit head.
  9. Well shit. Trump just announced a bombshell. Colombia produces cocaine! They have factories. Imagine that. I thought it just appeared.
  10. As commander of JSOC, he was at Fort Bragg.
  11. The "other" cannot be Generals. Warrants? Commissars?
  12. HONG KONG (AP) — The death toll in Hong Kong’s apartment complex blaze rose to 146 on Sunday as investigators discovered more bodies in the burned-out buildings. A steady stream of people placed bouquets of flowers at an ever-growing makeshift memorial at the scene of the disaster, among the worst in the city’s history. https://apnews.com/article/hong-kong-apartment-complex-fire-9b466e2965d71cc21fe3bce5ad863f74
  13. See. Maduro will come to the US to meet trump. The president will “detain” him. Then he can collect the $50m award. Trump appoints a transition government. Usmc takes Maracaibo. All Americans promised a check.
  14. Which was/is a major overland and water transit route.
  15. And not even the right country.
  16. It was for 1-2 P3 type planes. And yeah, but Harriers can operate from rough forward bases. So ya take one.
  17. They would need a forward base. Like Trinidad where marines are “fixing” an airport radar.
  18. Needs piggy.
  19. We should sue them all for Trademark violation AND defacing our mascot. Or fuck it, let them keep do it, take royalties, and kick it into the NIL.
  20. And if we try and control the country, even if just Caracas and Maracaibo, a lot of other Latin Americans. This will bring in people from the entire hemisphere.
  21. Agree. what I find interesting is the scope changing and the Architect being pushed away so the President can run the show. Um, yeah, that is what he should be worrying about. Not the economy, pending conflicts, he has not ended, or the current approval ratings. Nope, I am an architect so get out of my way.
  22. OK, I track this shit. So sorry for the response. Yes, IF they know they are at sea. Now who owns them? Who is selling and buying are the tricky parts. Once a ship turns off its transponder, and they are not supposed to do that, they go dark. So only way to track is visual or if they communicate and NATO is listening. The shadow fleet is large and not only used/operated Russians. Finances can be tracked, but that is like finding a needle in the haystack. Have to know where to start looking. So buyers/sellers just create new entities they use for a few specific deals. A lot of these groups cut their deals in Dubai. One thing that happens, and there is a lot of evidence, is at sea transfer. So Ship A (under sanctions) runs out of Russia/Iran/Venezuela. The oil is already paid for. Once at sea they meet up with Ship B (not sanctioned), they transfer, and Ship B takes it to port. The hardest part of all this for the sanction busters are the Ships. It is a pain to reregister every few trips, so they press their luck. It would be interesting to know the last port of call for these two ships. maybe not blow them up? Find the trends and follow the leads. Hope this is better than a NOPE.
