  1. No state will be safe, unfortunately. Flights to Mexico are going to get expensive AF. At least WestJet just announced an Austin>Vancouver direct flight for your birth control needs.
  2. It’s not greasy at all but it definitely adds flavor and juiciness.
  3. Chud has great video and recipe. Pull off the skin, rub and smoke until 140F. Put stick of butter on some foil, put the breast upside down on the butter and wrap. Smoke until 160F. Rest and slice. Takes maybe two hours.
  4. Imagine the shit they plan to do that they didn’t want published in the 2025 document. That’s the shit you should really be worried about.
  5. Not kink shaming but I didn’t know that was a thing.
  6. The incentive is currently starting at $60/student. https://www.kvue.com/article/news/education/texas-state-board-of-education-public-school-curriculum-biblical-references/269-33dae414-9316-48bd-a6a1-f3dd87a981b9
  7. "Voluntary" meaning that there is a financial incentive to use the Bible curriculum. That financial incentive is $0 state funding if you don't implement it.
  8. I was an air fryer skeptic until last year. I bought the Ninja and probably use it 3 times a week. My favorite it to cook boneless chicken thighs in it for gyros. If you haven't tried the frozen Ore-Ida Fast Food Fries in an air fryer yet, you're missing out. I don't know how they actually taste like they're deep fried but just a tiny spray of duck fat spray and 10 minutes later they're the best fries you can make at home without actually frying. Roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts also turn out great in the air fryer.
  9. I say no because it's a slippery slope. It's meant to be a retirement safety net and nothing more. Once you let someone access the money for any reason, the end recipients of that money (colleges and home sellers) will do everything they can to take advantage of it. Colleges can then justify increased tuition because everyone would have access to the fund. Housing prices would increase because anyone could afford a down payment. The public would complain they don't have enough access to the money, Congress will give them more access and pretty soon, so much of the money is drained prior to retirement that it fails at its intended purpose. As it is, it is highly beneficial and close to cost neutral.
  10. It’s crazy how little he looks but he said he’s still 6’4” 245 and he was 310 when filming Guardians.
  11. A deep ball for Ewers is 10 yards. Even Squints could hit that 20% of the time.
  12. The only thing worse than relying on Ewers is relying on Burt.
  13. Happy to eat crow on this performance. Can Nwaneri play left wing? I’d love to see him on front of Martinelli if he can still produce at the same rate up there.
  14. I hate these games. Completely dominate but only up 1 at the half. Our MO is to now come out flat and end in a draw.
  15. A friend is a radiologist at Cleveland Clinic and they’ve been using AI to read scans for several years. There are a dozen companies that provide the AI for radiology already. Musk isn’t just late to the game but completely terrible at it.
  16. If they can’t grift enough money from the religious education materials, they’ll tie receiving any state funding to it.
  17. Grand California has a private entrance right into California Adventure right by the pool. I've never stayed onsite but if I did, I would stay there.
  18. Tried to grab Jack White tickets for ACL Live. For both nights, I never saw the GA floor tickets become available. They were not available in the presale either. Any idea what's going on with those tickets?
  19. We all know what he was doing…
  20. I don't know shit about fuck in other neighborhoods but our kids and hundreds of other kids bike around Allandale without supervision every day. Pretty everyone I know keeps track of their location by Apple Watch but they still have freedom to bike around.
  21. The aggy vet school… https://www.texasobserver.org/watts-horse-veterinarian-cruelty-training/
  22. No. Just run on the economy. That’s the only thing that wins elections. After you win, you can literally implement any policy you want and history has shown Americans will shrug their shoulders and live with it. You just can’t run on any of that shit.
  23. They say they have $35M/year to pay for it. At $15,000 a year that's just 2,300 students. Are they just going to stop admitting poor people to make the numbers work?
