Take this with a grain of salt, since it's coming from an incel, but apparently, the test screenings for The Marvels were terrible. I guess we'll see.

You're a little late with your incel info, poor test screenings has been the narrative with your crowd for a year now.

Take any story from any asshole with a YouTube channel with a grain, incel or no. The angry YouTube channel viewer is a demographic I just don't understand.

Watching Ant Man and Wasp 2 or whatever right now and Evangeline Lilly looks like hammered dog shit and Michael Douglas looks even worse. Michelle Pfeiffer looks good though

Watched it last night. Entertained enough. Agree on EL. That hair doesn’t do her any favors. I laughed at MODOK and the guy with no holes. Thought the daughter sucked. Bill Murray’s cameo took me out of the story.

Saw that Marvel is shutting down production during the writer's strike. So we may be getting a very delayed Phase 5 release schedule now.

So far just foir Blade, but it could impact future projects like Captain America if the strike goes long which everyone expects will.

Season 9 No GIF by The Office

You are leaving out Deadpool and Wolverine (Jackman) who are joining the MCU next year.

And there's a few others, but you got the main ones that have definite dates.

Just noticed Antman3 and GOTG3 are both Phase 5 so maybe this needs a new thread.

Or just change the thread title, since Phase 4 and Phase 5 are actually in the same saga, along with Phase 6.

The first three phases were the Infinity War saga.

Phase 4, 5, and 6 (and maybe 7) are the Multiverse saga.

Phase 7 or 8 and up are supposedly/rumored to be the X-Men saga.

If rumors are true, after 6 or 7, when it moves to the X-Men saga, they will be scaling back the amount of movies and TV show.

Uh oh, another MCU villain in trouble

The writer's strike has ironically bought them some time:

Quote

Captain America: Brave New World was supposed to come out in May 2024 but now it’ll be out August 26, 2024. That delays Thunderbolts to December 20, 2024; Blade to February 14, 2025; and Fantastic Four to May 2, 2025. But what about the Avengers? They’re hurt worst of all. Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is moving a whole year, from May 2, 2025 to May 1, 2026. That, in turn, moves Avengers: Secret Wars to May 7, 2027.

Deadpool 3, however, now moves up. Originally dated for November 8, 2024, we’ll now see it on May 3, 2024.

Secret Invasion was decent, the cast was solid and liked that it was aliens and not some superheroes running around.

But then again I’d watch Ben Mendelsohn, Samuel L Jackson, and Emilia Clarke in just about anything.

Spoiler

Shocked they killed off Hill.  Weird seeing everything in Russia.

People will eventually stop watching when the movies are comprised only of Marvel heroes’ kids, siblings, understudies, etc. It’s not worth it just to continue this universe’s storyline. They should finish this off quick, shift to X-men, then just reboot Avengers in a decade with a new, younger cast. They’re gonna need a new Spiderman too since making one movie a year for $10m and banging Zendaya has put Tom Holland’s mental health at stake and he needs a break.

Did I miss something on a release date change?  The thought this was coming out this summer.  Says it is in November

Disney moved a lot of dates around in the spring. Probably a wise move given the bloodbath they're had this summer. Haunted Mansion looks destined to fail and releasing it in the summer instead of October was incredibly stupid.
