I mean Lebby's never worked under an HC that wasn't an offensive guy that has serious input into the offense. Sanders I probably overestimated.

Sure but good offensive minds hiring him is a meaningful data point in his favor. I don’t see any good data points for Sanders.

So Jimbo’s coaching moves this cycle were:

1) Hired an OL coach that’s an asshole and racist that hasn’t coached the position since 2010.

2) Hired a strength coach that’s only been employed by Jimbo and has always been in an assistant S&C role.

3) Hired a defensive coordinator that murdered one of his players and has only coached 1 top 25 defense in his entire career.

Jimbo better keep buying recruits because he doesn’t seem very good at anything else.

Reading up on Addazio, I think he likes fatties so that makes sense with Jimbo. Jimbo is back to taking cubes which was always his preferred mold.

Also, from reading some old articles it sounds like Addazio’s OL was awful at the end of his tenure at Florida. Addazio was also the OC (a bad one) so that might have played a role in their OL being bad.

So how did durkin get a HC job? Curious, never knew about the guy until the dead player.

The heat stroke death was while he was head coach.   And it was Maryland. Someone has to be the hc there.

Too high profile of a job for G2 Herman, since he got our asses kicked 2 year in a row.

My bad, I meant if he’s only had 1 top 25 defense how did he become a HC

Rumor on aggy boards that Brownlow-Dindy tore his ACL.

I don't wish that on a kid, but it must suck to be one of his investors.

Solid out for him though. Collect his bag. Rehab and transfer.

Choate needs to redirect his direct deposit straight into the Perkins family bank account.

He's probably going to Florida, but fuck it, yes, let's do this.

Kinda funny that he would commit when they didn't have a DC but decommit now that they actually have a DC....

Well, the DC in question does have a track record of literally killing his players, so if you think about it from that perspective it actually makes quite a bit of sense.

Best part now is that Perkins didn't flip his commitment to another school he just said... Nah... just not 8&4. He's open.

Or he wants a fun trip to LSU before he commits to Florida.

You can’t actually believe this. There is no chance Perkins decommitted without a financial commitment from another school.

well he did say he liked how Florida "takes care of" their players. We all thought that meant paying $, but maybe he just meant Florida takes care of their players by not killing them?

Maybe Perkins is going for the really, really big aggy bag.  Flirting with other programs maybe didn't get him what he wanted.  You have to be willing to walk away to get that super duper big bag.   Speaking of which, Stewart should enter the transfer portal and get him some more cash to withdraw his name.

One death is a data point. Two deaths is a coincidence. Three deaths is a trend. Plus there’s all the kids he didn’t kill.  Whoop.

definitely not... I just like the fact that he decommited without telling aggy exactly who outbid them.

He and his dad are going to be such a headache for the aggy staff

If Nolan doesn't get significant reps in year 1 he will be a major transfer candidate and his dad will want more money.

It's going to be fascinating how aggy handles all these types.

Florida is about to be dropping major bags with that coaching staff. They're about to be another Georgia.
