An amusing sidenote, LSU seems to have a pretty similar physical plant to UT.  Even if their HVAC control is a couple decades behind ours, I am reasonably sure they could generate the same or similar data.

Throw in a FOIA request for an upcoming home game. Let’s see what comes back.

“Bulldogs’ game against Texas”? Well researched article I see.

the problem is that we’re seen as “petty” for defending our reputation. Fuck Orgeron for starting this shit. His shitty-ass training staff is responsible for those cramps, not Texas. Don’t blame someone else because you weren’t prepared.

Expand

This exactly what I was sure was going to happen once LSU started to smear us. The media would accept it as gospel and no matter what we do, ignore it or show it was a lie, we are guilty. Again winning the game was insufficient. They had to attempt to do serious damage to our university as an institution through complete lies and fabrications.

I don't know why they would do such a thing, but I would prefer we no longer associate with them in any form beyond what is mandated by the NCAA.

I think Ronnie is a dipshit but I'm not 100% sure, maybe our resident AC Expert can jump in.  It's my guess that Ronnie deals with Building units where they take in air from the space they are cooling.  My guess is that these AC units, don't have air returns to every room they cool; they use ambient air.  The preheat numbers he is looking at are ambient air temps

I'm 100% certain that the UT Facilities Department and the UT Athletics Department aren't going to release something that:

1) Is a lie

2) Is faked or tampered with

3) Doesn't confirm that the locker room temperature was within normal operating parameters

I'm equally certain that LSU fans and coaches and players are:

1) Stupid

2) Liars

3) Fakers

Glad that's all cleared up now.

They didn't "release" it, it was obtained via FOIA

Same for every major hotel I worked at in the mid 90s. The front desk could adjust every conference room, ball room, and the restaurants.

Great so first we recklessly put people's lives in danger to win a football game and next we broke federal law by lying on a FOIA request. Is there any evil we won't commit without any reasonable reason or motivation any kind? Why do people believe this shit?

Franks is frustrating as fuck, but he can put it together every now and again.  We go as he goes, which like you say, is mostly ass.  Defense is usually good the first half of the season, but they are worn the fuck out late in the year if the offense cant carry their load.  LSU also seems to be getting a case of the bighead, which should help.

Whether released just for the hell of it, or because of foia it is still released by The University of Texas. What difference does it make?

It's better that it came via FOIA.  If the school had released it they would look too defensive.

Edit:  fuck it, I can't get it to embed but the chart is for a different measurement point (VAV B108_1) than the spreadsheet data shown in the tweet (VAV B108_2).  See tweet responses where the dude is crowing about the data not matching.  Well, of course they don't, Cletus.  They're different data.

Ronnie, you stupid coonass software cunt. https://www.linkedin.com/in/ronnie-hedrick-07703444 There are five VAV systems listed in the spreadsheets, with air flowrates between 1500 and 450 cfm delivering about 3500 cfm to the spaces.

And preheat temp is the temperature of the air before it passes the cooling coils, usually close to ambient.

Shut your fucking hole.

Got it. I would also say that UT did not want to make any more comment because, in taking the high ground, they could avoid insulting the coach of another team.

Preheat air would be coming out of the preheat coil - going to the cooling coil.  This would be a mixture of return and outside air. If that air is colder than freezing the preheat coil heats it to avoid ice damage.

The "OSADmpr" in the chart is the Outside Supply Air Damper and is fully open, so it's mostly outside air.

You'd have to tell me the sqft of the locker room to know if 1,100 CFM sounds normal.  It's equivalent to 3 normal-size window units.

As others have pointed out, multiple VAV Box data has been released.  A VAV box is the damper control for each zone.  These boxes are what the thermostats actually feed.  If an area gets hot, the box opens it's damper more and vice-versa. Feeding more or less cold air as necessary. (vav = variable air volume)

There's likely a thermostat at the lockers, another in the coaches area, another in the meeting area....etc.  So multiple vav zones in the locker room area.

Every time someone from the LSU athletic dept opens there mouth they just get called out with facts and dig themselves into a deeper hole. They're like the dumass criminal that puts himself in jail. Just when you think they can't get any fucking dumber they come up with another stupid ass lie.

One look at coach O and I see no contradiction between a room being 68 degrees and Coach O feeling hot as shit.  Fat people feel hot.  He is also probably going through menopause.

I've been to Baton Rouge enough times in my life to know that I have zero interest in attending a fucking game in that shithole with those shithole people.

I once was part of a team that bought a company in Baton Rouge. Had to go there regularly. We eventually realized that the personnel that was on staff with the purchased entity added zero value and were the main reason the company was distressed and sold in a fire sale fashion in the first place. So, we fired the entire team, closed the offices, and moved the operational and technological components to Texas, where we proceeded to turn the business around and make ourselves some money. Baton Rouge is the epitome of Louisiana's complete and utter incompetence when it comes to attempting anything outside of cheating, zydeco, and cajun cooking. A laughable mockery of an actual functioning economy.

It’s funny to me that Texas fans are starting to realize how big dickheads LSU fans/team/coaches are. I got lambasted a couple of years for saying I’m not really looking forward to the LSU H&H because dealing with them was gonna be a headache. I just want to skull fuck them next year (because we will) and never have to deal with them again tbh.

I tried, I really fucking tried to talk my son out of going to LSU.  He's a good kid, just sucks that he's now one of them.  Probably just needs a decade or so of therapy to see things straight again.

The worst part for Texas is that these fucking idiots are too stupid to see that this is all bullshit.  They will only remember the negative and they will take it out on your fans and players next year, because this is who they are.  It's real life to them, this is how they live.  They are fucking miserable because they are stuck in that shithole state (even people from Misery feel sorry for people from La) so they're going to make you feel miserable too.  That's how this works, that's how any of this works.

Has anyone who has time to do this shit thought of a FOIA for LSUs visitor locker room?

For one to see if they have similar data, and particularly to see if they even have AC in that backwoods swamp?

I'd be more fun to hack into their system and fuck with all the A/C on game day.
