Very exciting that we're likely poaching a coach from one of our two favorite hiring grounds: Ohio State and Rutgers

Gotta say, it took a little longer than expected.

- Hope he doesn't try to hire Josh Henson (OL) away from the Ags.

- He only overlapped for a year (2013) with Wickline at Ok State, so may not be much of a relationship there.

- Kasey Dunn (WR coach) has been at Ok State since 2011.  Coached Blackmon (Biletnikoff), Washington (Biletnikoff), Ateman, Wallace.  Wonder whether he would be in play.  (Meh replacement or meh replacement? ... lulz.)

I was as pissed as everyone else here about Harrell, but if we get either of these two in the door I'll feel like we actually held out for someone solid. Would be make me considerably more optimistic than really any other names floated.

Holy shit.

Does Anwar have sources?

this is some upside-down type shit.

My guess is that it wasn’t supposed to leak. Herman may have promised Day he wouldn’t announce until after OSU wins or is eliminated, but it’s really hard to keep something like that locked down.

Sources tell us that new UNLV head coach Marcus Arroyo is targeting Oklahoma State associate head coach / receivers coach Kasey Dunn to be his offensive coordinator in the desert. We are told that a deal with Dunn is near the final stages.

Could be Yurcich's agent getting Texas to bid against Pedo State or even Notre Dame??

My concern is Texas is involved in bidding only to get Yurcich more money -- Pedo State may be the favorite...

It’s my understanding the deal is done, but who knows. There’s misinformation all the time.

Who is reporting it's a done deal?  Obviously a lot of smoke but has anyone ($9.95'er or otherwise) said it definitively?

No, I just heard some things a few days ago indicating a hire has been made and then late yesterday heard his name. It’s just what I’m hearing and have no idea if it’s true.

Andrew Ellis from 11warriors is saying Day told him to look around. His personality didn’t mesh well with Day. And was also mentioned that Gundy also told him to look around the year he went to tOSU.

this could be legit..but again it's the nut ministry saying it too

I do wonder why he left Oklahoma St, after leading them to a third straight top ten offense, to go to Ohio St where he wouldn’t have play calling responsibilities.

Either way - I’m not particularly worried if he was asked to look around if he gets us a top offense next season.

Huh? Where have you seen that. Did not get that impression from OkSt fans at all. He was a Broyles finalist twice there
