Just a completely convenient occurrence and just Hillary accuses Tulsi of treasonous activities, some of them along the lines of the same shit she’s said about Trump.  And Tulsi just happens to be the one candidate/target of her bullshit who also happens to be the same person that her husband tried to fuck three years ago?

I don't know a lot about Tulsi, but I'm just glad we now have a strong leader and no longer bow and apologize to Russia.

This is where you routinely get over your skis.  Let's take your post at face value:  Russia is not the biggest offender when it comes to interfering in US elections.  OK, fine.  I'll assume you're referring to China, among others.
You're basically waging a war of snobbery -- YOU DON'T STUDY AS MUCH AS I DO -- which essentially tells those who only have so much time to keep up with foreign affairs that they don't matter, because they're concerned about Russian influence, and you (giggle giggle) know more.
How about you use that big fucking brain and educate us on your advanced knowledge instead of being a smug prick constantly trying to make others feel bad about their legitimately earned perspectives, given their limited time and the constant bombardment of the media?  I mean, forget the fact that you often get totally twisted up with your hyper-libertarian views.  Let's say you're right.  Do you want to be right and lose or right and win?
For fuck's sake.  Which side are you on?

Do we care about US interference in other countries elections/affairs?

Part of Hillary's desire to accuse Tulsi of being a sleeper agent is that she wants to promote the narrative of the 3rd party spoiler. In her mind, she won the election and it was stolen by (1) Russia and (2) Jill Stein/Bernie Sanders. The reality, of course, is that Gary Johnson took way more votes from Trump than Stein or Bernie took from Hillary (Bernie took zero, of course, because he wasn't even running).

- Trump lost New Hampshire to Clinton by 3k votes. Johnson got 30k. Trump gets 10% of Johnson's voters there and he takes NH.

- Michigan: Trump won by 10k. People point to Stein's 51k vote count and whine about 3rd party spoilers, but Johnson got 172k in Michigan. Hillary could have gotten 100% of Stein's vote and Trump would've only needed 25% of Johnson's to still win.

-  Wisconsin: Trump won by 23k. Stein got 31k, so if 90% of Stein's voters went to Clinton, Clinton wins. But Johnson got 106k, so Trump would've only needed 10% to overcome the Clinton+100%-Stein deficit and still win.

- Pennsylvania: Trump won by 45k. Stein got 50k. Johnson got 147k. Give Hillary every single Stein vote and Trump only needs 4% of Johnson's to still win.

- Florida: Give Hillary every single Stein vote and she still loses by more than 50k.

If you eliminate 3rd party candidates and make it Democrat v. Republican only, Hillary's loss probably would have been worse.

Hillary was a historically awful candidate and she lost in the most humiliating fashion imaginable, and a desperate need to run away from that reality has deranged her mind and millions of lib minds.

Jill Stein didn't cost Hillary the election, Hillary herself and 2+ decades of garbage centrist Dem politics did.
The Russians didn't cost Hillary the election,  Hillary herself and 2+ decades of garbage centrist Dem politics did.

The party died nationwide while the Clintons hung out on pedophile rape islands and Goldman Sachs speaking engagements and Obama read David Brooks columns and dreamed of a future where everyone was a tech entrepreneur while the fascist, theocratic scum Republicans captured every lever of power within reach despite being profoundly unpopular.

Good riddance to Hillary. Stay gone.

Tulsi isn't even a has been. She's a never was and never will be. Pointless to even think about her.

Give me a specific thing Tulsi has done and I'll be happy to address it in context.

I think she sucks, so be prepared for a lot of "Yeah that's a shitty opinion of hers, she sucks."

Tulsi hired a PR guy who worked with Russians? That's what PR guys do.

Hillary's campaign was run by John Podesta of the Podesta Group, a lobbying/PA firm investigated by Mueller for its Eastern European connections/activities. And they run operations for Wal-mart, Bank of America, and other organizations more evil than Russia.

Tulsi sucks. That's the end of it.

The Podesta comparison seems inapt.  Insofar as Podesta wasn't linked to doing work for Russia and Russian agents like Natalia V of Trump Tower infamy like Chris Cooper is, this specific work to promote Tulsi by Chris Cooper was paid for by an invisible hand:

Quote

"Asked who paid him to write the letter to Honolulu Magazine, Cooper likewise did not respond to Hawai’i Free Press.

Gabbard’s FEC records and the Congressional Statement of Disbursements for the timeframe show no payment of campaign funds or Congressional office funds to Cooper or Potomac Square.  Neither Gabbard nor her office responded to our query."

Same deal with Tulsi hashtag trending to #1 - it was bot driven.  Bots are not generated and coordinated with equal distribution by global actors.  It been weaponized for propaganda and sow division with a select origin.

Doesn't prove she's a Russian asset in the strict sense of the word, but now we're at the end of 2019, not 2016, and denial and playing dumb don't fly.

Posted

Here's a game.  A Scooby snack for anyone who can give three examples of Gabbard being critical of Putin/Russia to promote her policy views.  Three examples to counter these where she praises Putin/Russia as a means to attack our own.

weird huh.

You see, two wrongs make a right. If you can demonstrate the person making the argument is a hypocrite, the argument becomes invalid. Had Jeffrey Epstein come out against pedophilia, his hypocrisy would have demonstrated that pedophilia is, in fact, quite acceptable. Additionally, so long as we demonstrate that celebrities fly in private jets that consume fossil fuels, we don't have to worry about global warming.

The singular, laser focus on Russia as the vector of improper influence is telling.

Remember when Manafort was working with Ukraine and didn't register as a foreign lobbyist? Know who was right next to him? Tony Podesta, John's brother.

It's a swamp. Hillary and Tulsi are creatures in that swamp, and Hillary is dirtier than Tulsi (by far).

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt
Israel

Should we demand long-winded renunciations from every politician who has ever supported the same policies as those nations? Should we accuse them of being puppets, agents, and stooges of those nations?

I don't care about Tulsi's veteran status all that much, it just elevates the level of Clinton's claims and puts in relief how bizarre it is for someone in Clinton's position to say something like this while presenting zero evidence.

It's extremely bizarre for a former Secretary of State and twice-failed presidential candidate to accuse, within her own party, a sitting Congresswomen and veteran of being an agent of an adversary. I can't think of a historical precedent.

Again, with zero evidence.

Point of fact:  Hillary accused Tulsi of being a Russian ASSET, not AGENT.  She made no implications that Tulsi was actively colluding with Russians.  The distinction is important -- in this vernacular, an asset can be unwitting and in the dark.

I remain aghast that our Libertarian friends don't give a shit that Russia continues to meddle in our elections.  BUT HILLARY.  You should try listening to her sometime.

Right?  No one here is a Clinton apologist.  And in contrast to pre-2016, FARA violations are now taken as very serious matter, in actuality, as a result of the unprecedented attack by Russia on and foreign interference in our 2016 election.  We ARE in different times today, not entirely dissimilar from post-9/11, and for Gabbard to play dumb rope-a-dope with this shit is a telltale flashing red beacon.  She needs to leave.

Saudi Arabia gave the Clinton Foundation tens of millions of dollars and, while Secretary of State, Clinton repeatedly declined the opportunity to decry Saudi abuse of women/others and pressed forward the sale of billions of dollars in arms used to murder innocent people. In the WikiLeaks e-mail she outright admitted that Saudi was held to a different standard.

Is that an asset to the House of Saud or not? yes/no

The Global Magnitsky Act of 2016 never went to the House floor as a standalone bill. It was folded into 2017 National Defense Authorization Act. She was 1 of 142 Democrats to vote against it.

Was there another Global Magnitsky Act introduced to the House in the 114th Congress that went to the floor?

I'd say "no".  I also don't care.  This thread is not about Hillary.  You're welcome (and encouraged) to reopen that one.

I'm also not accusing Tulsi Gabbard of being a Russian asset.  Read better.

Why do we need foreign governments intervening in our democratic election system when we have our party leaders throwing underlings under the bus on a whim?

cant wait until the Clintons call a meeting of the super delegates to sincerely express her deepest of concerns for the Republic.  Take a queue from Obama or Carter and shut the fuck up.  Also, news flash—-you were never President.  Our nation is having enough issues without your bullshit projections.
