He was one of the most well liked guys and a leader in the locker room. his teammates have taken to twitter to voice their displeasure, with many talking about how "hurt" they are. Seems like a strange move for such a small return considering his status in their locker room.

Forgot how good he was on such a shitty set of Longhorn teams.  Best of luck to him going forward.

Incredible instagram post by qdiggs. The guy knows how to deal with people and would have been a successful badass no matter what he decided to do in his life. That’s the way a professional should react after getting traded.

He just got a three year extension last year. Seems strange to trade him and get so little for him. Dirty Pete must have something on the GM.

His teammates wont post another thing on Twitter about him.

If 5th round was the best they could get for Diggs that seems like he wasn't shopped well, but then again, be honest, we are message board posters. We dont know shit about players and that is not sarcasm. If he was worthy of a 2nd or 3rd round player he would have got that from one of the desperate teams with a shitty defense.

“It might be worth noting that his last defensive snap with the team came on Kyle Rudolph's touchdown catch in the fourth quarter, and Diggs didn't appear to make much of a tackle attempt on the tight end at the goal line. I have to wonder if that was the last straw for coach Matt Patricia.”

He ultimately wins in all this.  It’s a better team he’s headed to. Good for him.

You're 100% correct.

Wilson > Stafford. Stafford has never won a playoff game or accomplished anything meaningful. Wilson has won a Super Bowl and constantly delivers without a strong supporting cast.

Carroll > Patricia. One has won a Super Bowl the other has a losing record enough said.

Seattle's Defense > Detroit's defense. Diggs will be better off playing with the Seahawk's defense.

Hmm.  Surprised he wasn't shopped harder by the Lions.  I know the Saints are likely to lose Eli Apple for a few weeks with a knee injury and are basically looking at guys off the street.

Seachickens got a steal, Carrol seems to have more respect for Texas players than any other NFL coach outside of Belicheat. Still shocked Jerry allowed a pick to be used on Conner Williams.

And yeah, a 5th rounder is a curiously cheap price tag for what was a starting DB..

What about gals on the street? (Looking at you, South Austin's Mom)

She knows how to blanket men, that's for sure.  Does tend to get handsy though.

He's on a role.  he's smart and wears his hat Forwards.  Unless he wears it Sideway.  Sometimes insides-outs for a 9th inning rally.

Seahawks big trade pickups Diggs & Clowney sure made there impact felt on the big stage. Good for Diggs, always liked him and now hes on a legit team not a dumpster fire like the lions.

I really wish Quandre played for Texas during a different era so he could have enjoyed team success here.  The dude doesn’t bullshit and anyone that watched his high school tape knew this guy was going to be a stud at every level.  Hook em Diggs!

...

And just for giggles and to revise what a shitty evaluator Mack became during his last few years here... Major and company had to beg Mack to offer Diggs.  Bama and Saban were pushing for him while Mack held his dick in his hand and was hesitant to offer bc of Quandre’s size.

How innocent we all were in the pre-Hopkins trade days.
