Divinity left LSU. Would be a day 1 starter for us

He has no reason to play college ball. He will enter the NFL draft.

Interesting that Peyton Powell is already leaving Baylor.

Amazingly, every program recruiting him as a WR except Baylor didn't set off red flags about a) whether he is a P5-level QB and b) whether Rhule was lying to him to get him to sign.

I find it interesting that the position groups most represented in the portal are WR and DB.

Generally the biggest pre-Madonnas on the team.

They are also the easiest to recruit over, so it's not surprising there's a lot of guys who find themselves unhappy with the depth chart at their first school.

T&P to his sick grandma in New Jersey. Hopefully moving to Colorado will let him visit her more.

She can now visit him & be treated with a little 50-50...

So if a Coach is fired, are players that transfer from a school like Arky or Florida State gonna now receive immediate eligibility??

I'm guessing probably not, but I'm sure a few players will submit requests for immediate eligibility to NCAA....

i believe that thanks to the Fields, Tathan and Bru situations they changed the process making it much more difficult to get immediate eligibility

Cy Creek Grad? Dumbo let this one get away?

For a 4-star, he really didn't have a lot of top-tier programs after him.

Another data point for skill position star inflation.

Peyton Powell transfers to Utah. The Utes seem to have a good transfer pipeline.

Not a good destination if Powell wants to be a QB

He's everything you look for in a TE except effort or blocking ability!

And speed. He ran like a 4.9 in HS at a lighter weight.

Surprised Warehime wasn't all over him.

Can’t tell if serious.

Saxton was actually a get as a pwo and a Texas football legacy. If we end up with Harrell, he’s actually a good comp for Kedon Slovis, the 3rd string true freshman who came in at SC and killed it, except taller.

He may have never seen real time at Texas, but it’s quality, non-scholarship, Texas legacy depth.
