I used to think things like the grill at UH helped him identify with his players, and I bought into the reason he kissed his players.  Now I realize I was just a fool hoping this guy had the right ideas.

He doesn't.  He is more used car salesman than football coach (no offense to car salesmen)

yeah, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink - as a comparison to how coaches coach up the players. it really rambled and did not make any sense.

Kurt: how shaken are you and are you still the right man for this job?

A: I’m not shaken. I’m not gonna bury my head in the sand. I believe I am the right man for this job. Did you expect me to say no?

Serious Question:  What former players have said that they think Herman was a good head coach??

The only examples that I'm aware of are some of his former QBs when he was a coordinator...

If he would have said "no" could we fire him for cause?  Someone ask in a different way...

The fact he can't even get Mack to return his calls is telling.
