"Evaluated mortgage financing options" seems to be a bit of an oversell as well. I think he means he sent referrals to an independent mortgage guy once or twice because said mortgage guy bought him dinner and let him finger his sheep.

If you look under his name in the Texas Real Estate Commission he completed the 180 hour course in a week from Lone Star College in Tomball. He must be mensa as well to complete his course work that quickly?

The executive recruiting business? (Frenzy actually has his whole resume up)

Recruiting source INTERNATIONAL

aggyU, Houston Texas area.   Shouldn't it be intrastate?

as far as listing every single facet of what a real estate agent may or may not do as experience, that's just a sad way to build a resume

"answered phones; transferred calles to respective extensions; screened telemarketing calls;  made coffee for the boss;  cleaned the coffee pot; took out trash;  restocked condiments;  put signs in yard for the bosses open house showing;  washed her car for her.  Tuesday:..."

That last line is good as well. TREC provides contracts, and MLS provides market research. Negotiation is highly subjective.

Here, now you too can be adept at contract drafting.

Pretty sure that he thinks that "contract drafting" is choosing which one of those contracts provided to use.  You know, like the NFL draft.

That's a correspondence course LSC does.  It took me about a week, too.

Just like his love, johnny crackhead, online courses. I wonder how many hours he spent at the glory hole convincing someone to do the work for him?

Hamm should list sucking John Manziel's cock on his resume.  Because if there's one thing aggy loves, it's sucking John Manziel's cock.

There's a 0% chance Hamm has sucked Manziel's cock.  How would he have been able to get it in his mouth, when Looch's mouth has been firmly sealed around its base for 7 years?

Being fan of different teams due to a coach you’re not related to and moving across the country to follow him is just bizarre

Bag hag.

not to mention, Karen,  an NCAA  teams' benefactor contacting recruits is a giant violation that aggy is intimately aware of, you know,  from the last time they overpaid a ridiculous coach with questionable compliance issues.

please forward your new found knowledge on to Billy Lucci and your pal "The Hamm" before one of our savvy SEC mates turns us the fuck in (after following Jimbo around and bird-dogging all of his "evaluations")

sincerely,

 that one reasonable aggy fan.

I'm convinced John Sayles ran into Karen 20 years ago and based Frances McDormand's character in "Lone Star" on her...

Karen reminds me of the landlady in Kingpin.
