Not a Yankees fan but also like this one…

Mariano Rivera has pitched in more postseason game than any pitcher ever. There are more men who have walked on the moon (12) than men who have scored an earned run off of Rivera in the postseason (11)….

I was at Cooperstown the day he was inducted in the HoF. He seems like a good dude.

7 Super Bowls is insane. Will Allen, Mahomes, Herbert, and Burrow win that many combined? Might be one of the most untouchable records in sports

Adam Sphincter is now reporting that Brady's retirement is official, but that Brady didn't want some prickass piece of shit sleezeball reporter blowing his announcement before he was ready.

Well NOW it is official.  For those who were hoping he would spite the media and come back for another season for jumping his announcement.

Interesting he didn’t mention the patriots at all in his retirement letter.
Saw that also. The 30 for 30 on what and why brady left NE is going to be a story. Not one mention of anything related to his time there. Not even Patriots nation. If ya read that it sounds like he only played in Tampa

Brady is number 1. To go to ten championship games out of 22 seasons in a league built for parity is absolute domination. Like Tiger winning 40 majors. Secretariat winning the Belmont 5 times. That horse is still the greatest athlete that ever lived.

6 Super Bowls not enough? Those fans need a personal shout out?

Bill Russell won 11 in 13 seasons and is regarded as one of the greatest defensive players of all-time. Jabbar is the NBA all-time leading scorer, and won six, like Jordan. He says "greatest career", not greatest player.

Seems like he’s not a hockey fan or doesn’t have Google. Gretzky has like 10 different untouchable Hank Aaron type records of like the 60+ that he owns. He’s the Great One because there won’t be another. He dominated his sport more than any of these other guys

This.  Anything to stay away from raising kids and listening to his wife's deep thoughts on the benefits of regular colon hydrotherapy.

Brett Favre thinks Tom’s too wishy-washy.

Meh. It was the most obvious, "I don't want to fucking retire; my wife wants me to" announcement ever. He's never been wishy-washy about his desires to keep playing.
