The $300mm shelf appears to be from 2022 active for 3 years, so it's been out there a while. They could utilize chunk of it here though for sure.

The volume in RGTI is just nuts. 250 mill outstanding and its traded 290 mill today so far.

It could still pull back in a hard correction, but I think people are recognizing their technology as some of the fastest and they are working with Amazon Web Sves and Nividia. Its hard to pick a different pullback target since it has essentially gone vertical.  Last Thursday, RGTI was $3.11 and it’s currently trading at $7.18 up 131% in the past five days.

RGTI closes +2.70 to 11.13.  How do you chart a vertical move?  I surrender.

Most stocks in that price range run because they need to dump more shares (dilution). Typically, they are out of money and generate momentum to get people to buy, thinking it’s going to the moon. I don’t know any specifics on this particular ticker.

Eos Energy Enterprises (NASDAQ: EOSE) has secured a 400 MWh standalone storage order with International Electric Power (IEP) for deployment at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego County. The project, partially funded by the California Energy Commission's Long Duration Energy Storage Program, is scheduled for delivery in 2025. This marks the second agreement and third project with IEP, following a successful delivery in Texas earlier this year.

The project will utilize Eos Z3™ Cubes, which are non-flammable and require no cooling systems, manufactured at their Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania facility. This order follows a recent 216 MWh order with City Utilities, demonstrating Eos' expanding market presence.

I don't remember that name.  Was TNXP one of the darlings on this thread in the past?  I did just look up the stock and yes it is in the shitter.  But it also just had FDA accept a new drug application for Fibromyalgia that had really good Phase 3 results.  And people are speculating commercialization in 2025.

Convince me not to buy a couple thousand shares at the current level of <$0.40

TNXP is stonkidy stonk I've been playing around with.  They've got a few govt contracts on a vaccine they're working on right now for mpox and a few other things.  Also have a clinical study for a new fibromyalgia drug.

Taking a bit of profit at 4.48, and letting the rest ride to however high it will go. Not a bad 3x bump! Let's see where the rest is next year.

I bought back in after a short in and out trade. That is probably good enough reason to avoid it. Only read the press releases on their trials and the data presented are suspect. The fibro drug candidate is just repackaged cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxer. This feels like one that could go no where fast. I am in for 20k shares lol.

EDISON, N.J., Dec. 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: EOSE), America’s leading innovator in the design, sourcing, and manufacturing of zinc-based long duration energy storage (LDES) systems, manufactured in the United States, today announced that David Urban, renowned political strategist and prominent Republican advisor from Western Pennsylvania, has been appointed to the Eos Board of Directors, effective December 16, 2024. Urban’s deep expertise in government relations, public policy, and strategic communications will be instrumental as Eos continues to expand its operational presence and navigate evolving political and regulatory environments.

“We are thrilled to welcome David to the Eos Board,” said Russ Stidolph, Chairman of Eos. “David’s extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, coupled with his proven ability to shape policy decisions and build strategic relationships, makes him an invaluable addition to our team. His guidance will be influential as we expand our presence and continue our expansion into new markets.”

With more than three decades of experience spanning lobbying, politics, business, law, and the military, Urban has established trusted relationships with prominent leaders in both the nation’s capital and America’s corporate boardrooms. As a senior advisor to the 2016 Trump Campaign, Urban played a key role in helping shape the political strategy that led to a presidential election. Today, Urban serves as Managing Director at BGR Group, one of the most influential bipartisan lobbying and public relations firms in America, and Of Counsel at Torridon Law PLLC, where he advises high-profile clients across several industries including energy, telecommunications, and defense.

“David’s unique combination of political expertise, business acumen, and visionary leadership will be a tremendous asset to Eos as we scale, execute, and deliver,” said Joe Mastrangelo, Eos Chief Executive Officer. “His experience navigating the intersection of business, government, and policy, coupled with his strong relationships in Washington, will provide us with crucial strategic insight. We are confident that his leadership will help guide Eos through its next phase of growth and further solidify Eos’ position as America’s battery.”

Well, well, well.  EOSE is positioning themselves nicely with the incoming administration.

Broke through and ran to 0.55. I'm out now, so it's probably going to run to 10.00

That's cool. I'll ride it to 10, then patiently wait for it to go to 20 as it precipitously falls back to .25.

I'm not going to admit to my experience with ALPP.

If you don't have at least a couple of those on your resume, you haven't been stonking. Why settle for a 25X gain, when 50x is just around the corner?

I'm thinking about put options on Block Inc (SQ). So many of my favorite restaurants and businesses are dropping Square in favor of Toast. Not sure why but so many making the move has me skeptical.

I had a friend in for the UGA game and over the course of 5 days we were in a bunch of restaurants in Austin, and every one of them was using Toast. It was startling so I bought TOST calls right before their last earnings and scored a quick double up. All of that to say, if your thesis is that TOST is taking market share from SQ( which I agree with), you might want to consider a bet on TOST instead of a bet against SQ.

TOST is about 4-5 times smaller than SQ in market cap and isnt going to take share away from all of SQ's businesses. As an example, Cash App is growing fast for SQ and is a bigger part of the total company gross profit than the SQ platform($1.3B vs $.93B last quarter). SQ has some exposure to the BTC market through Cash App which might distort their short term financials as well with the recent crypto euphoria. Just a thought.

This is great information. Thank you.

However, next time can you provide it here?

When RGTI pulls back to $3.60 and IRBT pulls back to $8.25, I’m interested.

Today, RGTI is $19 and IRBT is +2.91 to $12.82.  Not chasing RGTI, but Amazon was going to pay $61/sh for IRBT before the government intervened and stopped the deal.  Don’t think it’s going back to the 60s anytime soon, but there’s a lot of room between the current share price and 60.
