Allow me to present the 5 year  chart of some shit crypto startup (DEFTF) I bought in the stonk frenzy of '21. the yellow circle around the end of the year indicates my carefully timed entry point. That piece of shit starting going down the next day and didnt stop until it hit about $.05. I'm finally back in the  black.

Masterfully played on my part. Not selling yet....because (Stonks)*(Crypto)=PROFIT

I'll be back in a few  months  with an update  with DEFTF  back down to $.05.

RVPH +.43 to 2.08 and halted.  Don’t see any news, so it’s probably due to volatility.

They had a successful phase 3 and a decent short position. New financing is likely to fund more production.

IBRX announced a secondary offering yesterday after the close. Currently down $0.90 pre-market.

I didn’t get to fully read the release in detail, but it damn near looked like the secondary offering had the potential to convert all their debt to equity.

For a little while at least.  We know that PSS is the founder, primary shareholder and via bank connections is also the primary debt holder.  Seems roughly $100mm was converted from debt to pure equity (at a 33% discount to market price, which  is why the stock is down).  That's someone who is confident that the equity will be worth well north of the par value of the debt.

That's the way it looks to me at least.  I could be totally wrong though.    But yes, it will be short term pain.  Need to get the EU/UK approvals and/or a partner/BO.

Not doubling because that’s more risk than my appetite but adding a couple thousand more shares.

I can double this a couple more times before I get close to my stupidity threshold.

Penny stocks is a different thread, one that died several years ago.

Although, many of the stonks that are followed & hyped have now become pennies

I mean, if I keep averaging down and doubling, redoubling, and reredoubling my shares then I have to get rich...amirite?

Ok I’m officially a stupid dead cat bounce buyer.  2000 shares at 3.10 boughtened.  Let’s roll.

I think I'm done buying shares. But some '26 or '27 leaps just got a lot more enticing. The business prospects haven't changed, only an additional 33M shares on a float of 660M. Seems like an overreaction. But Ive said that about 50 times while holding this one. One press release could pop this right back to where it was.

Bad timing for the offering during tax selling season, but the money will be used for commercialization of Anktiva.  Seems to me IBRX could’ve waited 30 days and tax selling would’ve been over, and if the stock participated in the January effect, probably would be at a higher price. Doing the offering now makes everybody who bought the stock this year a potential tax seller.  I think they just don’t think about stuff like tax selling season. They are researchers and just look at what they’ll be needing and go do it when the filings and such are done. It’s not like they’re raising billions like an IPO might be doing.

When RGTI pulls back to $3.60 and IRBT pulls back to $8.25, I’m interested.

The volume in RGTI is just nuts. 250 mill outstanding and its traded 290 mill today so far.

It could still pull back in a hard correction, but I think people are recognizing their technology as some of the fastest and they are working with Amazon Web Sves and Nividia. Its hard to pick a different pullback target since it has essentially gone vertical.  Last Thursday, RGTI was $3.11 and it’s currently trading at $7.18 up 131% in the past five days.

every quantum computing stock has had their moment over the last few months. They each have their "selling points" as to why they are the chosen one and NVDA is working with all of them. The price action is being driven by a bunch of WSB apes in FOMO mode rather than any actual developments.

Only positive on the IBRX offering was someone had posted a pic showing insider trading with Dr Soon-Shiong buying $30M worth (1/3 of the offering).  Gives possible reason for timing.  As a retail investor he can kiss my ass. As a still current shareholder... godspeed sir.

I've of the opinion that you can't make money off those unless you have insider information.

Yeah, I opened it for awhile and have up. But I still watch it.

I'm still hoping to catch the next Alpine Holdings rocketship. Come back @RCRanger03

TNXP is stonkidy stonk I've been playing around with.  They've got a few govt contracts on a vaccine they're working on right now for mpox and a few other things.  Also have a clinical study for a new fibromyalgia drug.

80k shares at .19

This seems like it’s working out well.

Holy Fucking Shit.  They dumped a $300mm shelf offering on the market after news that helped it run this morning.  Halted again.  Probably gonna wipe out the day's gains.

That would be a bold move for a company that had a market cap of ~30M a few days ago, lulz. Where are you seeing that $300M figure?

Saw on stocktwits, which is probably not the most reliable spot, but it looked to be an announcement by the company.  I'lll have to dig and find it.
