Horror movie from Leigh Whannell, the guy who made the excellent Upgrade. It was made for pocket change, a reported $7 million, but really how much budget do you need in order to film empty space.

It's getting great reviews across the board and imo Moss is good in pretty much all her roles. We'll probably go see it this weekend if I can convince the wife. She scares easily. I mean, she could barely make it through Happy Death Day and that was a comedy.

i cant stand elisabeth moss' face though

+100. I can't watch anything with that hideous dog faced scientologist monster in it.

If I'm watching old Mad Men episodes I skip through all her scenes.

Two thumbs up. Started strong out of the box and didn't let up with plot twists and surprises - one scene where the entire audience gasped.

I get the whole Moss look take; I share it a bit.  Watching this movie I had the same opinion through the first 25% or so, but after her character is spelled out a bit, and she is allowed to act her ass off, I I didn't give a shit what she looked like.  Woman is a fucking great actress.

saw it last night and thought it was pretty good.  not a classic, but definitely a solid, suspenseful movie.

the one scene was as shocking as the shocking out of nowhere scene in hereditary.

I'm not up on why Elisabeth Moss gets so much hate but fuck, she's a good actress.

This director has now made two great movies in a row.
