What others have said, it’s probably not applied yet, just rolled out, likely to settle some of the curling from being rolled up. I have confidence the logo will be placed appropriately.

The goalposts however...

i bet that logo is high because they are going to put campbell williams field under there.

They better not put it on the field.

Didn't mind the shadowed Texas at first, but on second thought, do not want.

I thought it was going to be a throwback to the mid to early 90’s field logo, and I liked it.

I don’t hate the shadowed Texas shape, but it seems more at home in Conference USA or something. Either way it should be relatively short lived.

It will look stupid. Like our baseball field.

I honestly thought the same thing. Keep the field simple with everything else going on in the end zone.

Very short lived. Chip Brown says that is just a tarp, and they're deciding if they want to go that route. Which I assume would be painted white.

Thanks. May FCB finally be right.

Whew! That would explain this fuckery.

It’s 2021 so at this point logos don’t have to be painted or even affixed to any surface. They’re sentient beings now. They can roam around or even disguise themselves as those inflatable guys at car dealerships if shit gets out of hand

I’ve always found it disappointing that there have been no tributes to Pig anywhere on campus.

Honestly you're correct. Universities and specifically their athletic traditions bring generations together. Pig was one of the first of those and should be honored.

Let’s make the visitor’s sideline black. Early season games will be interesting for them.

Or we can make sure the ACs don’t work in the visitors lockerroom??
