I don't think they've had a trash draft today.  only the last LB is questionable.  The DE, TE, and QB were quality picks.

They just took another WR though, so that's a bit iffy..

LOL.... other draft sites list top end speed as his issue and a con against him.  4.55.  He's a route runner moreso.... But also ST.  Don't really get this one.  How many fucking WRs are we going to carry?

I'd like to see the Pokes pick up Chris Warren, just as long as he understands from the very start that he is a TE who might play a few plays at H-Back, after a year or two on the practice squad.

5-6 at most.  this just means that everyone job is on the line.  Competition to get the best 5-6 guys. Think Hurns and Gallup are the only ones safe maybe?  Might see Twill and Beasley leaving...some of the younger guys too.

My favorite thing about the draft is reading comments bashing a team's 6th or 7th round pick. I mean it's obvious that everyone knows much better than those that get paid millions to decide who they should pick.

First two days were so good, today has been no one cares draft trash day.

We don't know yet if they are trash but 3rd say is where, if you have true knock it out scouts, you build the depth that will allow you to not completely fall apart and miss the playoffs when you lose a couple of players. The cowboys can't seem to get to that level.

They've done an excellent job in the later parts of the draft though.  it's the 2nd/3rd rounders where they've struggled in the past.

Half the depth on this team is from the later draft picks in 2016 and 2017 now.

...been said all over that it will cost us more to cut him than for him to play

They can keep saying it.  but you never know.  they might eat the cap hit if they got 3-4 guys that prove to be better.

The comforting thing is that at least their guy who scouts Boise State has probably the best track record of the bunch. Just draft all Boise and their opponents and they probably end up with a better hit rate.

Wasted picks. Didn't need a developmental QB because you already have a young one who showed big promise. Didn't need a TE that looks to be the same blocking TE as Swaim, and could have had Griffin there who is extremely fast, tested like a mofo, big time leader, and helps fill out the LB room with speed. Now another receiver when they drafted a 4th rounder last year they never gave snaps to.

Not a pick for him?

Looks like player for player. Needed to clear out the WR room and added a DT which they need
