Kyler got em yesterday because he’s just impossible to game plan for right now with his scrambling, but there defense has been playing well ever since their secondary got healthy, and Emmanuel Ogbah has started coming along. I feel like the Dolphins are kind of one of those teams that everyone wants to see be good.

I am not certain that this is completely accurate. If it is accurate, then this might just be the craziest/most impressive stat in NFL history. I was lucky enough to watch him play two seasons at Pitt, he was just wicked good.

He was 1 more tackle away from a super bowl win 😥

About 20 minutes ago I said that to my nephew.

Dude is just amazingly amazing. If he plays two more seasons he can catch Jerry Rice at 1,549 catches. Larry is at 1,411 now, assuming he keeps his pace now, which is 33 through eight games, he would pass Rice.

On the flip side, I saw yesterday Philip Rivers has exactly as many career tackles in 236 games as I do. One would think he would have accidentally tripped one of his 205 picks & however many fumbles, but nope.

But counterpoint...

patrick Mahomes set the new mark of Fewest Games to 100 Passing TDs this past week against the Panthers at 40.   Marino held the previous mark at 44.

Then factor in this:

Number of career interceptions by a QB once they threw 100 touchdown passes:

John Elway: 95 INTs
Peyton Manning: 69 INTs
Brett Favre: 65 INTs
Drew Brees: 63 INTs
Joe Montana: 54 INTs
Tom Brady: 53 INTs
Dan Marino: 44 INTs
Aaron Rodgers: 34 INTs
Patrick Mahomes 19 INTs

I may have been seeing things last week but I swore I saw where Mahomes tied the Great Elvis Grbac for 15 straight games with a TD. You know he's good when he's in the same stratosphere as the great Elvis.

Woah. What are they supposed to do? Looking more and more like we’re gonna need a week 18.

Go watch 2015 Texas-Baylor tape

Royce Freeman is the emergency QB. Gonna be a lot of wildcat formation.

But can I play him at rb, or is he going to lose his rb eligibility now that he’s the starting qb?

Can taysom hill just be all time qb?

As long as P for K's are allowed...

(Got a great laugh remembering "All-Time QB" from when I was a kid 😁 )

In Derrick Henry's last 16 games he's compiled exactly 2,000 rushing yards for an average of 125 yards per game with 17 touchdowns. It's December when Henry tends to explode for ridiculous numbers from game to game.
