This.

Again, just like every accusation is a confession, Trumpkins are the textbook example of projection.

They’re MAGA badasses...except they’re fucking petrified of EVERYTHING: Mexican rapists hiding right around the corner! ISIS training right here in Tulsa! And thugs (you know...”thugs”) with their pants worn low coming to carjack my Buick!

Push comes to shove, those folks are pants-wetters. You’ve known plenty in your youth. Talks smack in the bar, but when the shit hits the fan, they’re covering under a corner booth, crying.

We have govt of, by, and for the gutless cowards.

Honestly, that's the best thing that the "establishment" GOP could hope for.  Bat-shit-crazy moron v bat-shit-crazy moron conflict can only weaken Trump's monopoly of the bat-shit-crazy morons.  McConnell should be secretly funneling some of his coke profits to Blankenship.

Blankenship is much crazier than Trump without even a hint of charisma.  Imagine Milton from Office Space reading cue cards.  That is Don Blankenship in front of a camera.  That he may be the GOP candidate in West Virginia is orders of magnitude more mind blowing than Trump.  His mining company's negligence got miners killed and he went to prison for it.  He is clearly insane and is an absolutely horrendous speaker.    Anyone of those things should have kept him from ever being a serious candidate.  Somehow he has a chance at winning though.  You can no longer safely say anyone running in a Republican Primary has no chance of winning.  Common sense, general human decency and probably the laws of physics no longer apply.

Blankenship also refers to anyone who is Chinese as China people.  He would immediately be the dumbest person in the Senate upon election.  Words can't sufficiently describe how terrible of a candidate he is.

They apply, but in the opposite way.  Lack of human decency is an asset in the current GOP.   I think it's because there is a large group of GOP voters who see themselves in these flawed candidates and resent how society (read: libs) makes them feel about their own similar flaws and impotence to do anything about it.  Guys like Trump and Blankenship give them a vicarious feeling of power over the lib bogeyman, even when it's ultimately at their own expense.

So Trump nominated Ric Grenell to be ambassador to Germany, making him the highest ranking openly gay GOP administration official ever. Grenell was opposed by the dems and his confirmation delayed because has had a habit of making snide tweets about the appearance of certain women, including Rachel Maddow, Calista Gingrich, and HRC. So Trump sends him to be the US's ambassador to Merkel. And then Trump made Pence swear Grenell in while his partner held the Bible.

Sometimes you just got to take a step back, put all the other stuff aside in your mind for just a second, and at least chuckle at the total troll job.  Everyone gets a little piece, the GOP, the Dems, conservative and liberal personalities, Merkel, and Pence.

SIAP but this isn't getting enough love:  https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/as-the-king-of-debt-trump-borrowed-to-build-his-empire-then-he-began-spending-hundreds-of-millions-in-cash/2018/05/05/28fe54b4-44c4-11e8-8569-26fda6b404c7_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.e4a071eea2a3

Basically no one can explain why Trump suddenly changed his business strategy from financing all property deals to mainly paying cash to the tune of $400m for his properties over the last decade.  And no one seems to know where the cash came from.  Maybe he earned a large amount from his properties' cash flow and from the Celebrity Apprentice but $400M even given the Great Recession?

“Libs” is trumpkin shorthand code for elite city dwelling fellow whites who have betrayed their own race by selling the white middle and lower class out to big corporations, banks and for the affirmative action of other races that used to know their place and didn’t participate in the building of this great country.

While not ideal this situation was at least somewhat tolerable until the Great Recession came along and wiped everyone out except the “Libs” who had access to the only life boats. Since then the biggest beneficiaries of the economy have been, you guessed it, big business, banks and the Uber wealthy city dwelling libs

Then to rub salt in the wound a black man somehow gets elected president by the libs. Twice.

Then along comes Russian backed con man trump who to them is the only one who has promised to rectify the madness described above. Of course he’s lying his ass off and doesn’t give a shit about anyone but himself and maybe his kids,  but hope springs eternal.

While misguided, the trumpkins aren’t 100 percent wrong. Both parties at different times have rightly tried to advance the station of minorities (a good thing) while both parties at the same time going back to the 80s have screwed the white working class at the expense of big business and banks (not a good thing).

Trump uses fear to motivate his followers. The dems hopefully see that and will counter accordingly.

no sir.

you fail to identify party allegiance and motivation as a factor into Congressional investigations into Clinton as well as into Trump.

so tell, or squeamish one, which party in Congress was in the majority for both investigations, which party the chairs of each committee leading the various investigations belonged to as well as the party to which Clinton belongs and Trump belongs, and how those answers factors into the intensity and motivation for each respective investigation.

One party is against voter suppression and unlimited money in elections. The other stacks courts with corporatists and religious wackos.

The racists from one party has moved to the other party. Those racists have never done anything for minorities.

Dems are not perfect, neither is democracy. Take that both parties nonsense back to the Russia active measures campaign.

If the party is the same the Congressional  investigation is worthless.  If it's the opposition it's semi-worthless.

The more loathsome a toad that a candidate is, the better. Because SUCK IT, LIBS!

The more appalled the rest of the world is (you fuckers came a hair away from sending a pedophile to the Senate), the better.

Earth: “But you guys nominated a Nazi puppy-rapist with brain damage who openly promised to loot the treasury and flee to Brazil...”

Current GOP base: “I know, ain’t it great! Fuck your PC bullshit! Suck it, Libs!”
