Well, cross prison reform off the list. We got the best minds on it. Shouldn’t be long before this is solved.

This is the worst timeline.

Which of the two has had more plastic surgery? Maybe DOTUS can ask her for recommendations about getting his ass tucked and firmed before the next infrastructure week.

If he shows that Gowdy supported him on one thing, then he thinks people won’t listen to the other stuff. It’s how his syphillis infested mind works.

I think much of the GOP pressure on getting information out of the Mueller investigation is due to their current inability to make calculations regarding their own political futures.

They don’t really give a shit about protecting Trump, they just need to know: how bad is it? How much time do we have? What should our messaging or exit strategy be going forward?

The uncertainty is what irritates them the most.

Must have had to take an extra shit this morning and couldn't figure out what else to tweet about. Crowd size is always a good fallback.

Ya, whatever those fellas saw in that FBI briefing scared them straight. Gowdy is defending the FBI everywhere he can and Nunes has chilled on the conspiracy theories and attacks. Too bad the dumbfuck president didn't get the message.

Yes, he's definitely the final arbiter of crowd #s.  Do not question him.  Greatest of all time.

I think that crowd estimate was probably low.  The auditorium seats 9,700 people, presumably not including floor space, and from a few photos it appears that the floor (at least the part not walled off) was full and there were a moderate number of people in the stands.  Just looking at the group behind Trump, it's hard to imagine it wasn't close to 200 people.  Extrapolate that to the floor crowd and beyond . . . the numbers seem off.

Not that matters, to even push back on it shows Trump's insane level of insecurity, but I think it's important for the press to be as accurate as possible.  Trump will lie anyway.

That’s a pretty good tweet by the president.  It feels like he is on Roseanne’s side here for dog whistling purposes, but doesn’t say it if he ever gets called on it.

It really is the full package.  Deflection, whataboutism, distraction, distortion, projection, and playing the victim.

I said this long ago, but seriously, he's going to end up being a literal textbook example/case study when this is all said and done.

I agree.  But what exactly he’s an example of depends on who is writing the textbooks in 50 years.
