I'm starting to wonder if Hill and Nelson showed up to this pool party and these aggy commits realized they were getting the short end of the stick.

Just another SEC coach saying the same thing we've all been saying.

Texas A&M fans have gotten used to seeing Darrell Dickey as the quarterbacks' coach and offensive coordinator with Dameyune Craig working with the wideouts on Jimbo Fisher's staff. James Coley came on board last season to work with the tight ends and then was named as co-offensive coordinator with Dickey after last season. The three stayed in those roles in spring ball but when fall camp opened last Wednesday all three were dealing with different position groups (and they continued this arrangement during the first four practices of fall camp). Aggies' boss Jimbo Fisher was asked today if the moves were permanent.

"We've mixed it around in different ways" said Fisher. "Coach Craig is with us as quarterbacks' coach, Dickey has moved over to tight ends which allows him to do some things. He's done that for many years. Coley is working with receivers."

Fisher noted that "they've all done it before and coached those positions, the dynamic of how we do things, and where want to go."

There was no hint of the changes in the off season and such things usually take place in time for spring football so that there is a longer acclimation period between players and coaches (as well as that within the staff itself).

Seems crazy and desperate. Rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic rarely works out well. Do they know too much such that they can't be fired?

This drill will come in handy when they come across any Jimbo size defenders.

Yep, reminds me of when the head football coach in high school had to coach our soccer team for a week and had us running WR routes and telling us we were running around like “a bunch of retarded fire ants”
