So are you saying I should be able to go to a restaurant, eat a meal, wait around long enough to dump it out on a plate and then leaving without paying?

He did take it with him though.  They caught him outside the stadium wearing the clothes.  But, he probably would have been charged the same either way really.

First of all, I was only talking about the merch. And I missed the part where he left the stadium. Second of all, I wasn't serious. I wasn't proposing that as his defense attorney. Geez, louise

2 weeks and he only at $200 worth of food?  At $10 per nachos or beer, I’d have have been at $200 by lunch time on the first day. 
 

Neja stole up to $1,000 worth of merchandise from the team store as well as $200 worth of food items,

Sorry, I AM a defense attorney. It’s my natural reaction to take law talk too seriously on this board. My bad.
