You know that both of those Sanders have skin thinner than a 98-year-old nursing home resident.

I remember deion going scorched earth on every negative comment from randos on Twitter

The fact people read that and thought an NFL exec cares enough about sanders to say all of that speaks volumes about the intelligence level of society.

5th round was waaaaaay to early to take him.

It's the Browns. The only surprise is they didn't take him in the first.

I do wonder if he would have gone undrafted if the Browns didn't exist.

At this point he's destined to be a huge failure in the NFL, so he might as well go ahead and party it up before he becomes a completely irrelevant joke in the public eye like Manziel.

If I hadn't already abandoned the fucking Cowboys this would have made me do it. What a bunch of clowns over there. Fucking Dak is 31 years old and going to this nonsense. All the big game losing just makes more and more sense with every year.

That pick reeks of that dumbass Jimmy Haslam sticking his nose in and forcing the team to draft him.  Did you see the faces of Stefanski and the rest of them when the pick was called?  Looked like they wanted to jump out a window.

I didnt see it until yesterday, and you could tell he didnt want any part of him.

As soon as I saw the Atlanta coach's name was Jeff and his son was Jax, I figured that all of the children's name would start with J. Partially right. The other 2 are Jace and Samantha. What, no Jennifer or Jamantha?

I can understand that someone brought up with nothing shows off their money in a half LV/half plexiglass box but Shedeur didn't grow up poor. but I guess that if Deion is your dad, you think this is wealthy person behavior.

Where can I place a bet that Shedeur will have the equivalent of his signing bonus stolen before the end of the year?

One of his rap lyrics is "i wear the price of your house on wrist." If you knew how someone like Boosie grew up, that line would be kinda understandable. Doesn't come across so well when sung by Francis Buxton from the Pee Wee Herman movie.

Again, it's unfathomable to me how anyone can find this shithead even remotely likeable. Even more ridiculous that idiots want to frame him as the face of black struggle.

I know this has already been discussed but there are some aspects that people have pointed out and others that have not been noted.

First, Shadeur is a 23 year old millionaire, not a "college kid".

Second, as for doing so anonymously, Deion has consistently and repeatedly attacked, on every platform available, any negative word said about him or any of his kids or methods. More times than not he does so with the race baiting methods. Beyond that, like it or not, Deion has become a massive influencer that effects perceptions of the broader media massively. Whether that influence is direct capitulation to Deion's "cause" or his and his children's "Amazing Ability" or more of a Mandela effect, its clear by all the predictions and hell, I saw it right here by posters that claimed Shadeur was amazing. Deion's influence can and I'm sure has ended careers unfairly and unjustly.

Now, keeping effective massive Deion Grift Propaganda machine in mind, let's put on the shoes of an NFL team front office guy.

You and your team are already aware that this arrogant, rich, teammates bus tossing, no accountability, janitor assaulting, under talented POS has actively said he would not play for and refused to interview with teams. However, your team is one of the "lucky" ones and Shadeur agrees to interview. He comes in and is a complete diva star, disrespectful and insulting. He's interviewing for a job on YOUR team/company and acts like YOU and the team are lucky he showed up and would be blessed to have him. Based on the fact you know he sucks as a QB and teammate, you suffer through his bullshit and he goes on to the next NFL team office to do the same. Perhaps you call your friend that works for the other franchise and laugh or perhaps his entitlement bullshit and the now 3 years worth of media propaganda around Deion and his grifting father piss you off.

So, I'll ask you directly @aggie08(and anyone else taking an arrogant 23 year old asshole millionaires side) how do you feel about tyrannical leaders/grifters, their minions/children and their on going never stopping propaganda machine that serves only to feed their grift?  I know it's hard to imagine such a grifter/propaganda machine asshole outside of college football/NFL but just try and use your imagination.

If you knew the cost of speaking out against one was absolutely going to put you in the headlines as a racist (I know irony right) and it would 100% end your career given the power of that grifter/leader would you? Would you be willing to throw away your, perhaps decades worth of work, and career to voice your frustration? End your career and likely need to start from the ground up?

Would you instead, like all others in the process simply remain silent and let the leader/grifter and his minion continue their steam roll?

Or would you perhaps speak anonymously to a reporter to vent your frustrations and make others/media aware of the reasons (of which there are many) that SS fell so low in the draft so that the race baiting propaganda narrative of Deion the grifter is a little more tarnished?

Which path would you choose?

I'm not saying there is a right or wrong answer, but imo 1 is ethically bad, and 2 ethically and morally a better path. So it comes down to what would you being willing to sacrifice? Career or your morals and ethics.

Holy shit, dude. You are seriously reaching here. No need to assign some greater purpose to that coach's anonymous quotes. He wasn't taking a stand against bullies/grifters and the propaganda machine everywhere. He didn't feel compelled to get the truth out there (that would have been abundantly clear by his draft free fall anyway). If he's been an NFL assistant coach for any length of time, he's coached domestic abusers, horrible/absent fathers, and violent criminals. Shadeur is also not the first rich, arrogant, over-hyped entitled child to frustrate him.

He got a chance to take a shot at an entitled, unprofessional interviewee whose family he doesn't like, and he took it...by being petty and also unprofessional. It is what it is.

The props to God with all of this materialism, conspicuous consumption and arrogance on display does not align. Maybe it's part of the prosperity gospel trash.

As long as Deion doesn't start begging people to donate money to him so he can buy a private plane to do the Lord's work like the televangelists do.

There is way less than zero chance he out works, trains, grows and plays more than Gabriel. Of course, when Gabriel gets the nod over SS, we all know it will only be for "one reason" and he and his father will scream it all over the media.

It's gonna be a bit a stretch to play that card vs Gabriel.

Cowboys of the 70s and 90s put these guys to shame with their partying. That isn't the reason Dallas loses big games for now 30 years. It's because they just aren't that good.

And let's not pretend these owners/execs aren't having lavish parties on their 300ft yachts.

Deion Sanders entered the NFL Draft as his sons' agent.

The Colorado football coach didn't hold down that job by the end of the weekend.

Shilo, who signed as an undrafted free agent with the Buccaneers, shared that news in a Twitch stream on Saturday night.

"Dad was our agent," Shilo said, "but that hasn't been working out too good. So today I had to sign with an agent."

It's unclear if Shedeur made the same move or not.

Shedeur slid all the way to the fifth round from his status as a consensus first-rounder before being taken by the Browns at No. 144 overall.

Shilo did indeed gain new representation on Saturday. Famed NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus now represents the safety who went undrafted after some projected him as a fifth-round pick.

Rosenhaus posted on social media with a photo of Shilo and the words, "Welcome to the family."

Lulz.
