Love the beautiful reminiscence but did he rent Best In Show or what?

Christopher Guest should receive a special Oscar for his body of work. If for no other reason than writing "Did you fuck my wife?" into Waiting for Guffman.  The casts - Magnifique!

Yes. He did.

All of this talk about Christopher Guest has me thinking about Jamie Lee Curtis's tits.

Better than thinking about her penis.

O'Hara was a smokeshow back in the day. Damn.

The first time of many that I watched this movie was on a plane coming back from England. The whole plane was watching and everyone was losing it, especially during Fred Willard's scenes.

What are you a WIZARD? a GENIUS?

No that's a bear in a bee costume.

This is least like a bee of the ones we have here.

Parker Posey's performance in this scene is incredible.  You can see her simmering rage right below the surface until she finally blows up.

And this movie has to be top 2 Guest roles ever. Not sure anything tops it other than TPB.

that is a wildly underrated film.  It's clunky at times and it's not as funny as it thinks it is...but the passionate cast really carry the picture home.  That's a great call for a winter quarantine re-watch.  been a long while since I've seen it all the way through.  You always want a movie to see while you have 2 double cointreau and sodas.

Home Alone mom did it for 8 year old Biff.

Might have been her that started a fetish, now that I think about it

that cardigan sweater, goofy 80's earrings, and thick burlington coat factory she never takes off really do it for you?  she was attractive, but she was not at her best in that movie.   She wore shoulder pads that would rival Mike Singletary.

She was no Beverly D'Angelo from the first Vacation, but there was something about her....

Yeah, she was an attractive woman but she literally never takes off that massive jacket in the entire film.  She's dressed like a Russian farm wife...it ain't her best moment.

But she is so hilarious and cute in the rest of her career.  God love her.
