Juve is far from out. It's like y'all have forgotten about Ronaldo's history in this comp.

Just saying, Ronaldo is indisputably the fucking king of UCL but ever since he went to Juve, Juve has been pretty bad in the knockout stages the last two years.  Lost to Ajax and Lyon (in round of 16) the last two years.

Didn't he go off in one of those towards the end to almost bring them back, though? Just saying you can never count him out. They could be down 4-0 and that would still be the case.

Juve got one back and looks like they're gonna tie this thing up pretty soon.  so many chances.

Big away goal makes the 2-1 easy to overcome. 1-0 at home and it's Ronaldo back in.

Haaland scored another one.  That guy's pretty good.

Haaland is insane.

1st Goal: He did everything but score it, including pulling the defender with him after laying off the ball for the assist.

2nd Goal: He sets it up and the finishes off the give-and-go.

Nearly a third goal as he raced on a pass from the right side to the left corner and crushed a left footer that was saved by the keeper.

3rd Goal: The steal gets knocked off of him and then he turns on the Tyreke Hill jets and loops from the inside-to-around the outside and then nicely tucks the ball behind the keeper.

...just realized that the was all in the 1st half...

He is insanely huge and insanely skilled and fast for someone that huge. He is just an insane talent.

This thing on?  I just got off a conference call but it looks like Atletico and Chelsea are tied 0-0 at half.  Bayern has a 3-0 road lead over Lazio so that one's probably about over already.

All these away wins are kind of taking the drama out of this round.

yeah, really miss the fans.  European nights with packed stadiums is awesome.

City/Gladbach was in fucking Budapest for chrissakes.  in an empty stadium.  that's about as neutral as you can get.

My Godson, who plays for Gladbach, and I were laughing today about the game's location and it being designated as a home game. Rough game for Die Fohlen.

no fans really sucks.  hopefully we are over this shit by next season.

that said, ucl looking at a dream round of 8 if scores were to hold...with the exception of juve-porto.  if juve is able to take it back, it would currently be:

psg, real, bayern, juve, dortmund, city, chelsea, liverpool.
